Smash Fest! is a smash-and-collapse puzzle where hard boards introduce diagonal releases, double-ice gates, multi-pedestal castles, and rotating tables. Precision sniping on a still-tall stack is how you waste the only useful collapse angle.
Across 200 published levels, hard stages dominate. The skill is choosing which side of the structure creates cascading falls.
1. Leave isolated towers until the diagonal falls
Level 13 opens from a left diagonal while the last cleanup sits on an isolated right tower. Leave the right column alone until the left diagonal and middle body have already fallen apart.
Early right-column snipes steal hits from the collapse that would have done free work.
2. Open framed ice gates from the shell
Level 47 is a framed double-ice gate. One side of the shell must open before the two tall stacks become separate targets. Trapped ice gets much easier once the left frame is gone.
Hitting ice through a closed frame spends damage with no separation benefit.
3. Flatten crowns before pedestal cleanup
Level 65 is a multi-pedestal castle. Peel the top crown from one shoulder first; once the top cap slumps, the rest is short shelf cleanup across pedestals.
Cleaning lower shelves while the crown still bridges pedestals recreates the same tall problem.
4. Flatten rotating tables before precision shots
Level 81 is the first rotating-table board. Collapse matters more than precision sniping; once the stack flattens, the moving base helps expose leftovers instead of hiding them.
Chasing a single brick on a still-tall rotating stack is the trap.
Levels worth studying
These hard Smash Fest boards cover diagonals, ice frames, crowns, and rotating tables. Smash Fest study links stay inside the live published set.
- Level 13 — Diagonal-release board that delays the isolated right tower.
- Level 47 — Framed double-ice gate opened from the shell first.
- Level 65 — Multi-pedestal castle won by flattening the crown early.
- Level 81 — First rotating-table board that rewards flatten-then-snipe play.
- Level 100 — Mirrored shelf-and-cylinder board: strip both side shelves before the giant cyan center stack.
5. Review collapse order after a stall
If a Smash Fest board stops cascading, you probably sniped the wrong side first. Compare the guide’s opening diagonal or frame hit with yours.

Common bad opening moves
- Sniping the isolated right tower before the left diagonal collapses.
- Damaging ice while the outer frame is still closed.
- Cleaning pedestal shelves before the crown slumps.
- Precision-chasing bricks on a tall rotating table.
A 30-second hard level routine
- Mark the side that creates a cascade.
- Open frames and diagonals before cores.
- Flatten crowns and tall stacks early.
- Use rotation only after the mass is low.
- Snipe leftovers last.

How to Beat Hard Smash Fest Levels FAQ
-
What should I smash first on hard Smash Fest levels?
The hit that opens a diagonal, frame, or crown collapse—not an isolated leftover tower.
-
How do ice gate boards work?
Open the shell so tall ice stacks become separate targets.
-
Why do rotating tables feel chaotic?
The stack is still too tall. Flatten first, then chase leftovers.
-
Are lower shelves good early targets on castles?
Not while the crown still bridges the pedestals.
