How to Solve Brain Puzzle: Tricky Quest Level 28 — Full Solution

  1. Drag the black anesthetic bag from the lower-left floor to the seated Grim Reaper beside the old man.
  2. Tap the blue operating-room board labeled Checking Jack so the reaper assigned to that order leaves.
  3. Drag the white Critical Illness Notice from the bench to the pen prompt, then use the signed notice on the next reaper.
  4. Tap the Mona Lisa portrait and the operating board separately; each change removes another attendant from the trolley line.
  5. Drag the gold coins that appear below the patient's trolley to the reaper blocking its wheels.
  6. Switch off the upper heart monitor after the last attendant leaves so the trolley can move into surgery.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Watching only the waiting room

Goal
Remove every reaper from both hospital areas so the patient can reach surgery.
Opening
Use the strong anesthetic on the seated reaper and alter the operating order.
