Blue (around 20), then red and green open this dense queue. Side colors wait until that first chain has departed.

Dispatch the first exposed blue bus and let its boarding counter clear the upper and side blue section.
Add the red match for the lower-center red band, then use the green match revealed beside the center.
Work yellow and orange only as their passenger groups become exposed and a regular bay is available.
Return to blue and red matches revealed by the shrinking loop instead of tapping the nearest lower-queue bus.
Alternate the smaller yellow, orange, and blue tail with the departures that release its bays.
Clear the final groups, then wait for the last buses to leave.
