How to Solve Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 42 — Full Solution

  1. Tap the first black 20 and second black 20 to cut both major outline runs.
  2. Add blue 8 and bright-green 17 as black returns, then use exposed short black and teal groups before yellow 19.
  3. Open upper mystery branches one at a time, alternating green and teal with white 10 for the eyes and teeth.
  4. Use yellow 19/20 on the belly, then rotate teal 20/24/32 and green 23/43 through the back and central body.
  5. Before adding black 35, teal 42 or green 45/55, wait for a short blue, white or yellow group to finish.
  6. Treat the left back/tail and right head as separate islands, feeding each region its currently exposed color.
  7. Clear the final black, green and teal crumbs in revealed order until the last teal remainder drains and the frame is empty.

Layout
A long green crocodile-like character sits beneath a rounded teal-blue back. Lime, yellow, black and white form the body, belly, outline, eyes and teeth; five slots start empty.
Goal
Cut the doubled outline, alternate the green body with teal/blue back bands and yellow belly, then clear the separated tail, legs and snout fragments.
Opening
Tap both black 20 nests, then take blue 8 and bright-green 17 as the outline groups drain; use short black and teal gates before yellow 19.
Danger Zone
Long green 43/45/55, teal 32/42 and black 35 groups can fill the queue while white, yellow or blue gates remain hidden behind purple mystery nests.
Mechanics
A branching question-mark queue reveals successive colors while the horizontal picture breaks into back/tail, central legs and head/snout zones.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Which nests should start Level 42?

Use the two black 20 outline nests first, then blue 8 and bright-green 17 as space returns.

  • Why do the long green nests stay active?

Some body pixels remain behind teal, blue, yellow, white or black layers in other picture zones, so rotate the short gate color first.
