How to Solve Loop Sort Level 118 — Full Solution

  1. Tap the second inner truck for its visible pink/green front and let pink clear the right rail before releasing the next visible group.
  2. Tap the upper-left vertical truck for green, then its exposed orange, giving each color a separate clockwise circuit.
  3. Release the exposed purple and pink fronts from the adjacent inner trucks, then send the inner red/orange front after the lower-right turn is clear.
  4. Open the remaining red/orange inner source and the top-row purple/blue source as their fronts appear; do not combine blue with a pink block at the top rail.
  5. When the first inner trucks check, follow the revealed gray and red groups around the left side and open the covered bottom inner source when white or brown becomes visible.
  6. Work through the top-row blue and right-side blue/yellow fronts, waiting for each group to leave the right bend before the next vertical tap.
  7. Release the late white group from the top-center reveal, then route the bottom inner brown group as its own final long pass.
  8. Let the last white and brown groups complete their circuits and wait for all eight checked panels and the confetti completion frame.

Board notes 5 details
Layout
A clockwise rounded rectangle runs down the right rail, across the bottom right-to-left, up the left rail, and across the top. Five vertical sources sit above it with green/orange, purple/blue, red/blue, yellow/purple, and brown/brown fronts. Five inner horizontal trucks show green/red, green/pink, purple/pink, red/orange, and a fully covered bottom source.
Goal
Complete eight groups. Each checked truck exposes the next color layer, including late gray, white, blue, yellow, and brown cargo.
Opening
Separate the early inner pink/green groups, then use the upper-left green and orange. Stagger the purple, red, and orange passes around the lower-right bend before opening the top-row blue and white reveals.
Danger Zone
The right rail and lower-right turn carry pink, orange, red, and yellow in sequence. The covered bottom inner truck is a late reveal and should stay closed until the first checks create room.
Mechanics
The board alternates vertical top sources with horizontal inner sources. A tap releases only the currently visible front group; a patterned panel hides the next cargo until that group has left.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the safest opening in Level 118?

Start with the inner pink/green front, then use the upper-left green and its orange reveal. The video keeps these first passes separated around the right turn.

  • When does the covered bottom truck matter?

It is a late reveal source. Open it after the first inner checks, when its white or brown front is visible and the loop has room for a full pass.
