How to Solve Smash Fest! Level 304 — Full Solution

  1. Break the top-right orange cap and the purple panel directly beneath it.
  2. Continue left along the exposed upper edge, removing the next purple panels and cyan cubes.
  3. Hit the right end of the central silver zigzag strip after the upper-right load is gone.
  4. Peel the remaining upper wall toward the tall left section and wait for the cyan blocks to slide off.
  5. Remove the last upper-left purple tower from its exposed side until the top half clears.
  6. Open the lower wall at its left cyan-and-purple corner.
  7. Work across the lower purple band from left to right, exposing the orange foundation.
  8. Break the remaining center-right purple panels and wait for the cyan cubes above them to fall.
  9. Sweep the orange star-cube base row toward the open right side.
  10. Clear the final orange cube, bullseye, or short panel resting on the platform.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Firing into the broad center spends balls against several fully supported layers.
  • Starting the lower wall before the upper-left remnant is gone leaves falling pieces stacked on the cleanup lane.

  • Finish peeling the entire upper half before attacking the lower purple band.
  • Pause after cyan blocks slide because a bullseye or purple panel can remain propped against the orange base.
Board notes 5 details
Layout
Orange star cubes cap and support a broad wall made from two dark-purple diamond-panel bands, two cyan ice rows, and a central silver zigzag strip.
Goal
Remove the upper sandwich right-to-left, dismantle the lower purple-and-cyan half, and sweep the orange foundation clean.
Opening
Break the top-right orange cap and purple panel so the upper cyan row and silver divider can shed pieces through that corner.
Danger Zone
Direct center shots must cross too many supported layers, while switching between the upper and lower halves keeps both rectangles braced.
Mechanics
A two-stage laminated wall uses opposite release directions—right-to-left above and left-to-right below.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why does the laminated wall need two opposite demolition passes?

The upper half is braced from the left, so peeling starts at the top-right corner; the lower half is braced from the right, so its release runs left-to-right — attacking both from the same side leaves one half fully supported.

  • Which corner should be attacked first?

Start at the top-right orange cap and purple panel, then peel the upper layers leftward.

  • When should the lower purple wall be targeted?

Wait until the entire upper sandwich and its tall left remnant have fallen.
