Yarn Fever level guide
Yarn Fever Level 5 Walkthrough
Yarn Fever Level 5 is about managing space in the middle of the cube pile. If you open the cream center, clear the green-and-yellow bridges, and delay the magenta fork until the blue blocks are separated, the board finally untangles in a readable order.
Board Notes
- Layout
- The opening pile is a dense cloud of cream, red, orange, yellow, lime, sky-blue, and magenta knitted cubes. A cream center ring and a long magenta fork-like piece are buried inside the mass, and almost every color overlaps the blue cubes.
- Goal
- Open the center of the cluster first and keep enough air around the blue cubes for the late-game sweep. The solve becomes much easier once the cream ring and yellow bridges stop pinning the middle together.
- Opening
- Start with the cream strand running through the center ring, then follow the exposed lime-green chain and the yellow bridge pieces sitting on top of the blue cluster. Those three pulls create the first real pocket of space.
- Danger Zone
- The red loop and the long magenta fork become visible before the blue cubes are isolated. Pulling either one too early makes the center look open for a moment, then jams the blue group against half-peeled yellow blocks.
- Mechanics
- Level 5 is the first high-piece-count cube puzzle in Yarn Fever. Instead of one recognizable object, it is solved by preserving space inside a floating mass of blocks and saving one long magenta piece for late cleanup.
Quick Tips for Yarn Fever Level 5 (spoiler-free)
- If the magenta fork is loose but several blue cubes still touch yellow bridges, keep clearing bridges first.
- With 7 colors in play, clear the pair with the fewest blockers first so the board opens up instead of tightening.
- If the board feels stuck, look for the color with the cleanest path and use that to regain space.
How to Solve Yarn Fever Level 5 β Full Solution
- Pull the cream strand that passes through the middle ring so the white wrap leaves the center of the pile first.
- Strip the exposed lime-green cubes on the upper-left side while that new center pocket is still open.
- Remove the yellow bridge pieces that cross the front-right and top-right side so the blue cubes stop sharing the same lock.
- Clear the orange cube and the nearby red loop only after the yellow lane has opened enough to show where the blue pieces can separate.
- Save the long magenta fork-shaped piece for late in the run and pull it once most green and yellow cubes are already parked.
- Sweep the remaining sky-blue cubes last, then place the final purple-magenta block after the center is empty.
Colors in this level:
Cream, Red, Orange, Yellow, Lime green, Sky blue, Magenta
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Pulling the magenta fork while the blue cubes are still tied together by yellow bridge pieces.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why do the blue cubes feel impossible at the end of Yarn Fever Level 5?
They only separate cleanly after the cream center wrap and yellow bridge pieces are gone. If you rush the magenta fork first, the blue group stays crowded instead of opening.
