How to Solve Block Out Level 356 — Full Solution

  1. Route the exposed blue L through the left blue gate, then take the nearby cyan pieces through the reachable cyan exits.
  2. Remove the easy top red and green groups to reduce the small upper panel and create parking room above the notch.
  3. Clear the upper purple and yellow pieces while leaving the green-outlined red square parked above the notch as the tall chamber drops from 9.
  4. Remove the stacked lower-left cyan groups as their two 6-count panels retract, opening the left leg and center bridge.
  5. When the right chamber opens, work its yellow, purple, cyan, and red groups outward through the right and top gates without parking in the bridge.
  6. Shift the outlined red square through the open center, then clear the remaining green/yellow bars and reduce the last side counters.
  7. Finish the late cyan shapes through the blue/cyan gates and send the remaining red blocks through the right red gate for the BLOCK OUT card.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Moving the outlined red square into the bridge while the 9-count purple chamber still needs traffic from the left leg.
  • Leaving a long yellow or purple block across the notch and separating the final cyan/red groups from their gates.

Board notes 5 details
Layout
A 1:50 board has a broad top and two lower legs. Two cyan chambers marked 6 occupy the left leg, a purple chamber marked 9 fills the right, and a red square with a green outline waits above the center notch among red, yellow, green, blue, cyan, and purple groups.
Goal
Reduce the upper and leg counters, retract the tall purple chamber, and preserve the bridge until the outlined red square and late cyan/red shapes can reach their gates.
Opening
Route the exposed blue L and nearby cyan pieces through the left exits, then clear the top red, green, purple, and yellow groups to lower the small upper panel and side counters.
Danger Zone
The bridge above the notch is the only connection between the legs. Parking the outlined red square or a long yellow/purple bar there before the right chamber opens blocks the blocks still reducing it.
Mechanics
Two stacked cyan chambers and one tall purple chamber retract separately, while a green-outlined red square remains on the board until the late cleanup.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • When should I move the outlined red square in Block Out Level 356?

Wait until the left cyan panels and tall right chamber have opened. The bridge then has enough room to move the square without trapping counter traffic.

  • Why do the two legs keep jamming?

They share only the bridge above the center notch. Every long block must cross and vacate that bridge immediately.
