How to Solve Block Out Level 387 — Full Solution
- Send the exposed bottom blue group through its floor gate, then clear the reachable green through the adjacent green exit.
- Remove lower red groups at the left red gate and take the small yellow vertical group to the right yellow gate.
- Continue clearing free green, blue, red, and yellow groups until the right roof counter reaches zero.
- From the right reveal, take direct red, green, and yellow pieces, then lower the cyan column without sealing the floor corridor.
- When the left cover opens, remove its yellow L and adjacent cyan group before clearing the exposed red/green mass.
- Empty the remaining yellow/blue left cluster, then route the long cyan column and blue T through matching exits.
- Move purple bars and outer groups around the central wall before committing the large right L and square to the corridor.
- Send the final bent purple group down and out through the purple gate for BLOCK OUT.

Board notes 5 details
- Layout
- Counter covers marked 9 and 4 span the roof above a red/green/blue/yellow/purple starting pocket. Cyan, purple, and red gates line the left, blue/green gates line the floor, and a central wall divides the late board.
- Goal
- Reduce both covers, clear their released color stacks, and bring the final cyan and purple polyominoes around the fixed interior wall to matching exits.
- Opening
- Take bottom blue and green first, followed by left-side red and the small yellow vertical group at the right gate.
- Danger Zone
- A long cyan column or large purple L parked across the floor corridor blocks the only route around the central wall.
- Mechanics
- Two counter covers release separate roof inventories into an irregular board whose fixed central wall controls the final transfer route.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why are there two covered areas in Block Out Level 387?

What should leave before the purple pieces?
