Block Out level guide
Block Out Level 474 Walkthrough
The Hard Level 474 wraps nested 6- and 16-count structures around two central rails; open the narrow channel first, protect the cyan moving element, then sequence several connected outlines ahead of the cyan-heavy finish.

How to Solve Block Out Level 474 — Full Solution
- Remove free top green and yellow groups, then clear red and blue pieces from the upper-left edge.
- Take the slim outlined green insert after its blue neighbors leave and continue clearing until the 6-channel reaches zero.
- Keep both orange rails clear for the tall cyan moving element while routing ordinary red, cyan, purple, and blue groups around it.
- Reduce the 16-chamber, then clear the cyan numbered block and small yellow/green pieces revealed beside it.
- Route the first green/cyan hook by its full footprint, then move the purple/cyan hook through the same reopened rails.
- Send the yellow framed vertical through its straight lane before long cyan columns occupy the middle.
- Remove the long cyan columns and purple/red bars while reserving the lower corridor for the red/cyan connected bar.
- From the final reveal, take the upper purple/cyan hook and yellow bar, then the green/cyan hook.
- Move the red/cyan horizontal through the lower corridor before the large cyan mass shifts inward.
- Drain the remaining cyan rectangles and L-shapes from the sides, finishing with the small cyan block at the right gate.
Colors in this level:
Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, Cyan, Purple
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Parking a long red bar across the two center rails while the tall cyan moving element still needs them.
- Moving the cyan-heavy final wave inward before its purple/cyan, green/cyan, and red/cyan outlines have exited.
Quick Tips for Block Out Level 474 (quick clues)
- Reduce the narrow 6-channel before committing traffic around the 16-chamber.
- Move every connected outline through the center rails before large cyan blocks occupy them.
Board notes 5 details
- Layout
- A narrow orange-framed channel marked 6 sits left of a larger chamber marked 16. Multicolor groups surround two vertical rails, a slim outlined green insert, and outer counters beginning at 4, 29, 47, and 8.
- Goal
- Open the 6-channel and 16-chamber in order, keep the rails available for the tall cyan element, then route all numbered and connected shapes through successive reveals.
- Opening
- Clear free top green/yellow groups, upper-left red/blue pieces, and then the outlined green insert once its blue neighbors release it.
- Danger Zone
- A long red bar across both orange rails traps the tall cyan element and prevents later hooked outlines from crossing between the chamber lanes.
- Mechanics
- Nested count structures reveal a tall cyan moving element, cyan number blocks, framed bars, and multiple green/purple/cyan or red/cyan connected outlines.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which chamber should open first in Block Out Level 474?
Reduce the narrow chamber marked 6 first; its cyan moving element needs the center rails before the larger 16-chamber crowds them.
Why do the connected shapes jam in the final phase?
Large cyan blocks have occupied the shared rails. Route each outlined hook and bar first, then drain the cyan mass.
