Block Out Level 514 is a hard crown board with 7- and 12-count shutters hiding green two-lock and yellow three-lock chains; route each key carrier through its own colored gate so the released key can fly to the correct lock.

How to Solve Block Out Level 514 — Full Solution
- Remove the upper-left pink and purple groups, then clear the cyan vertical group and exposed yellow bar across the crown.
- Take the right-side green and orange groups and move the red L away from the center, reducing the 7-count shutter to zero.
- Clear the revealed red, blue, yellow, green, and orange middle wave until the 12-count shutter drops through 6 and 2 and retracts.
- Clear the ordinary blocks in front of the cyan/blue and red exits, then send the first cyan blue-key carrier through its cyan gate; the released blue key flies to the green lock and changes 2 to 1.
- Send the three red-key carriers out through their carrier-color gates: route the two blue carriers to the blue exit and the red horizontal carrier to the red exit, dropping the yellow chain from 3 to zero.
- Bring the remaining cyan horizontal blue-key carrier up the open right side and out through the right cyan gate; its released blue key removes the green chain's final lock.
