How to Solve Block Out Level 622 — Full Solution
- Clear the small purple square and light-blue bars, then the exposed orange horizontal and blue blocks so the upper-right pink L can reach the right blue gate.
- Move that pink L right and separate the upper-left red/purple, center yellow/purple, and upper-right yellow/green framed corners into distinct turning pockets.
- Clear those corners plus the remaining red, yellow, green, and purple starters until cover 9 reaches zero; take the revealed left green vertical and loose yellow/orange bars first.
- Remove that green/yellow/orange group, then clear the middle-wave pink, blue, and purple bars without bridging either end of the fixed upper shelf.
- Shift the solid green vertical and pink horizontal arrow-marked blocks along their shown axes to open the right passage and continue reducing cover 17.
- Clear the remaining red, green, pink, blue, yellow, and purple middle wave until cover 17 reaches zero; its first lower reveal is the lower-left red left-right arrow block.
- Slide that red block along its row, then extract the tall lower blue, red, and pink columns through matching gates without covering the bottom pink exit.
- Turn the lower-left framed green/yellow L around the lower shelf end before moving the long purple horizontal across the middle.
- Clear the upper red, green, and pink corners, then the light-blue upper L while preserving one open shelf end for every footprint.
- Finish the outlined purple lower-right L and the last small light-blue and pink pieces; both shelf tiers end completely empty.

Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Bridging a fixed purple shelf with a long bar before the large corner on that tier has turned around its end.
- Parking the green or pink arrow-marked vertical in the right passage and blocking both the blue side gate and lower chamber.
Quick Tips for Block Out Level 622 (quick clues)
- Keep one end of each purple shelf open until the largest L in that chamber has passed it.
- Move arrow-marked blocks along their visible axis before filling the neighboring side lane.
Board notes 5 details
- Layout
- A compact top chamber holds red/purple, yellow/purple, and yellow/green framed L pieces, a pink L, light-blue bars, purple squares, and an orange horizontal above covers marked 9 and 17. The revealed board has two fixed purple shelves, frozen edge counters, long verticals, and green, pink, and red arrow-marked blocks.
- Goal
- Empty the top chamber, retract both covers, and route each framed or ordinary L around the correct end of the two fixed shelves without losing the vertical right passage or bottom pink exit.
- Opening
- Remove the small purple and light-blue pieces, take the exposed orange and blue bars, then send the pink upper-right L toward the blue-side gate before moving the framed starter corners one at a time.
- Danger Zone
- A long purple bar across the middle shelf end or an arrow-marked vertical in the right passage removes the turning lane for the final light-blue, pink, and outlined purple L pieces.
- Mechanics
- Two staged covers reveal a shelf-split board with nested framed corners, frozen edge gates, solid axis-marked blocks, and a red left-right arrow block.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do you open the first cover in Block Out Level 622?
Clear the small purple, light-blue, orange, and blue starter pieces, then route the pink L and framed corners one at a time until the 9-cover retracts.
Why do the last L pieces get trapped?
The two fixed shelves leave narrow end passages; a long bar or arrow block parked at either end removes the corner's turning radius.
