How to Solve Block Out Level 646 — Full Solution
- Send the first small green square through the bottom green gate, lift the adjacent blue vertical, and move the red vertical above the pink horizontal so the bottom red lane is open.
- Drop the red horizontal through the bottom red gate at red-cover 1; it reaches 0 and reveals orange, green, cyan, pink and red pieces. Send the revealed cyan L through the left cyan gate first.
- Lift the orange L through the top orange gate to change the waist cover from 3 to 2, then move the purple block away from the waist.
- Send the short orange horizontal through the top orange gate for 2 to 1 and place the exposed orange 2-by-3 rectangle below that gate.
- Exit the orange rectangle through the top orange gate for 1 to 0; slide the revealed short green horizontal left before the red vertical enters the waist.
- Send the next green L and green block through the left green gates while the framed green square waits below the cyan lane.
- Move the framed green square upward, then send the small green square beside the orange cover through the left green gate at green-cover 1. Pull the newly revealed blue L into left-center first.
- Send the right-grid red horizontal to the bottom red gate, the orange corner to the top orange gate and the blue vertical to the right cyan gate before crossing center with a long purple piece.
- Move the pink vertical to the bottom pink gate and the purple L to the top purple gate, leaving separate routes for cyan and yellow.
- Move the cyan L into the right cyan gate and the yellow vertical into the bottom yellow gate during the final interval; the video shows both gone before the Level 646 PERFECT card.

Board notes 5 details
- Layout
- A split vertical board places a red 1-cover at upper-left, a compact orange 3-cover in the waist and a huge green 4-cover down the right. Green, cyan/blue, red, pink and purple pieces crowd the exposed lower-left pocket.
- Goal
- Open red with one bottom-gate red bar, send an orange L, short orange horizontal and orange rectangle to the top gate, then use four green exits to uncover the right grid.
- Opening
- Drop the first small green square through the bottom green gate, lift the blue vertical, and reposition the red vertical and pink horizontal until the red horizontal has a direct bottom lane.
- Danger Zone
- The framed green square or a long purple piece parked in the center waist blocks both the orange reveal and the blue L that must cross after the huge cover retracts.
- Mechanics
- Three covers marked 1, 3 and 4 reveal an upper-left cluster, a waist piece and a full-height right grid in sequence.
