How to Solve Block Out Level 687 — Full Solution
- Send the exposed cyan and pink/red edge pieces toward their side gates and release the short green block beside the yellow cluster.
- Separate the lower red L from the cyan square and yellow pieces, leaving the band under the red 3-cover open.
- After the red cover retracts, remove its outer cyan and green pieces, then clear the red and pink L shapes against the side walls.
- Shift the revealed yellow rectangles only to uncover colored blocks; do not park a wide yellow bar across the center.
- Alternate blue/cyan left with red/pink right until the upper purple chamber reaches zero.
- Clear the crown reveal's red, green, cyan, and purple perimeter pieces before lowering its yellow blocks.
- Remove the remaining cyan horizontal and green bar to create full-width turning room, then rotate the first large yellow bend upward.
- Send each long yellow piece to the top separately while keeping the lower red corner and brown cluster connected to their exits.
- Clear the last red column and purple horizontal, then finish with the yellow foot-shaped piece through the top gate.
Colors in this level:
Yellow, Purple, Red, Pink, Cyan, Blue, Green, Brown
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Parking a wide yellow rectangle across the center before the pink and red side-gate L shapes leave.
- Lowering every crown yellow piece at once and losing the width needed to turn them upward.
Quick Tips for Block Out Level 687 (quick clues)
- Cash out side-gate colors before lowering more yellow into the center.
- Turn only one long yellow piece at a time through the full-width middle.
Board notes 5 details
- Layout
- A purple 13-cover sits above a red 3-cover; the exposed foot packs yellow bars and bends around cyan squares, red/pink L shapes, green pieces, and a small brown cluster.
- Goal
- Open the red cover, drain colored side-gate pieces while reducing the purple crown, then reserve enough center width to turn every long yellow piece upward.
- Opening
- Clear cyan and pink/red edge pieces, release the short green block, and separate the lower red L from the yellow cluster before the first reveal.
- Danger Zone
- A wide yellow bar across the middle traps both side-gate L shapes; in the finale it also removes the turning room needed by the remaining yellow bends.
- Mechanics
- Two stacked covers feed a multi-gate rectangle whose late reveal is dominated by oversized yellow bends exiting through the top.
Frequently Asked Questions
What opens first in Block Out Level 687?
The red cover marked 3 retracts first; its reveal must be sorted to keep reducing the larger purple 13-cover.
Why do the last yellow pieces get stuck?
They need the board's full central width to turn toward the top gate, so cyan, green, and other yellow bars must leave that area first.
