Use the short cyan and neutral routes first, then alternate broad sky, orange-cat, and question-card traffic with two pads reserved for every reveal.

Clear cyan 5 and 12 with grey 34, brown 31, or cream 6 support as the short routes surface.
Use cream 25/35 before a new cyan 30/35/50 route; do not start two broad cyan routes together.

Open a question card with two empty pads and finish its revealed route before exposing the next one.
