Colony Flow! level guide

Colony Flow! Level 500 Walkthrough

expert 8 colors

Clear the unicorn pixel art—pink body, rainbow mane, cyan wings, dark head—by draining three brown block clusters (317/317/364) while routing eight colors through limited buffer slots on a Super Hard multi-cluster board.

How to Solve Colony Flow! Level 500 — Full Solution

  1. Tap cyan (27) in Row 1, position 2 — cyan ants route through the right brown cluster (364), opening the right perimeter lane.
  2. Tap pink (44) in Row 1, position 5 — pink ants clear the lower-right perimeter and begin draining the center brown cluster.
  3. Tap red stacks in Row 2, positions 1 and 5 (red 16, red 30) — red ants route through the left and center brown clusters simultaneously.
  4. Tap yellow (45) and yellow (50) in Row 2, positions 2 and 4 — yellow ants clear the upper perimeter while brown cluster counters drop below 100.
  5. Tap black (39) in Row 2, position 3 — black ants clear the remaining dark pixels in the unicorn's head region.
  6. Hold remaining gray and mystery stacks until brown clusters reach zero; then tap gray (45) and mystery (?) to clear the last pixel-art fragments.

Colors in this level:

Cyan, Pink, Red, Yellow, Black, White, Gray, Mystery

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Tapping the mystery gray stack before brown clusters are drained floods a buffer slot with an unknown color, stalling the board.
  • Filling white buffer slots in Row 1 with red or yellow before cyan and pink are depleted blocks the next required route.
  • Tapping black (39) before red stacks are cleared causes perimeter traffic congestion around the left brown cluster.

Quick Tips for Colony Flow! Level 500 (spoiler-free)

  • Drain cyan and pink first to open perimeter lanes before tackling the larger red and yellow stacks.
  • Hold the mystery gray stack until all three brown cluster counters are below 50.
  • Keep white buffer slots empty as long as possible—filling them prematurely stalls the next color route.
Board notes 5 details
Layout
Unicorn/pegasus pixel art with pink/magenta body, rainbow mane (yellow/orange), dark head with sunglasses, cyan wings, pink horn on white grid. Three brown block clusters with counters: 317 (left), 317 (center), 364 (right). Active row: white (empty), cyan (27), white (empty), white (empty), pink (44). Second row: red (16), yellow (45), black (39), yellow (50), red (30). Reserved row: red (25), mystery (?), gray (45), red (20), pink (46). Hidden row: includes 45, ?, 25, ?, ?, 45. Multiple perimeter holes for color routing.
Goal
Route all colored cubes into matching perimeter holes to drain the three brown block clusters to zero and fully erase the unicorn pixel art, leaving a plain white board.
Opening
Tap cyan (27) in Row 1, position 2 to dispatch cyan ants through the right brown cluster (364), opening the right perimeter lane. Then tap pink (44) in Row 1, position 5 to clear the lower-right perimeter.
Danger Zone
The mystery gray stack (?) in Row 3, position 2 must not be tapped early—its unknown color can flood a buffer slot. The white empty slots in Row 1 are critical buffers; filling them with the wrong color blocks the next ant route. Around 2:00-2:30, multiple active ant colors create perimeter traffic congestion.
Mechanics
Multi-cluster routing board with three independent brown block clusters acting as intermediate gates. Eight+ colors (cyan, pink, red, yellow, black, white, gray, mystery) require sequential depletion with buffer management. Super Hard difficulty.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why must cyan (27) be tapped first?

Cyan ants open the right perimeter lane through the largest brown cluster (364). Without this lane, subsequent colors cannot route around the board.

  • What happens if the mystery stack is tapped early?

The mystery stack releases an unknown color that can fill a buffer slot needed for the next color batch, creating a stall that forces a restart.

  • When should the reserved-row stacks (red 25, gray 45, pink 46) be accessed?

Only after the active-row stacks are depleted and brown cluster counters are near zero. The reserved stacks hold the final pixel-art fragments.
