Layout
A magnifying glass scans a landscape scene above the fixed A-I bank, with the useful view appearing after the lens settles.
Goal
Remove A, C, H, and I and keep B, D, E, F, and G.
Opening
Do not act from the first partial lens view; wait until the magnifier settles, then clear A and C from the top corners.
Danger Zone
The bottom row is split: G survives, but H and I are removed. Clearing the whole bottom row breaks the accepted answer.
Mechanics
This is a moving-lens landscape clue.
