How to Solve Sand Blocks Level 214 — Full Solution

  1. Clear the small red and yellow receivers around the upper-left pocket, then move the yellow L away from the left red inlet.
  2. Feed the first horizontal green key receiver through the center and wait for its key animation; use the upper blue pieces and right green vertical as gates 2 and 8 descend.
  3. Keep the purple padlock accessible, clear the adjacent purple/red bars, and rotate the yellow L into the upper-left opening while shutter 9 counts down.
  4. Route the remaining green key bars along the top and right edge one at a time; wait for broad shutters 11 and 20 before moving the large yellow square centrally.
  5. Clear the pink left L and cyan right receiver from their side feeds, then place the white horizontal across the top while the narrow lower-right shutters finish.
  6. After the shutters vanish, collect the left green key, unlock the bottom green receiver, and keep the striped green vertical open until the animation settles.
  7. Finish the yellow, white, and green receivers on the open board and verify the empty-grid SAND BLOCKS completion.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Trying to use the bottom green padlocked receiver before its key animation appears.

Board notes 5 details
Layout
The stepped field starts with an upper-right purple shutter marked 9, broad lower shutters marked 11 and 20, two narrow lower-right shutters in the mid/high twenties, and translucent side gates 2 and 8. Red, cyan, yellow, and white side feeds surround an upper pocket holding a yellow L, blue blocks, red/purple bars, green key receivers, a purple padlock, and a late green lock.
Goal
Trigger the green keys and preserve the thin upper/side corridors while all five shutters count down; after the last panel disappears, unlock the lower green receiver and finish the white, yellow, and green remnants.
Opening
Clear the upper-left red and yellow pieces, move the yellow L away from the red inlet, then cycle the first green key bar through the center while the 2/8 side gates release.
Danger Zone
A long green bar across the upper corridor traps the yellow L, while the pink left L or cyan right receiver can seal its side inlet; the bottom green lock must wait for the late key animation.
Mechanics
Hard Level marker, five numbered purple shutters, four side feeds, purple and green locks, multiple green key receivers, and 100% clear states create a long staged release.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why is Level 214 labeled Hard Level?

Five large countdown shutters leave very little movement space, while several keys, locks, and side feeds must remain reachable at the same time.

  • What should wait until the shutters are nearly gone?

The large yellow square and pink L need the released central chamber; moving them early blocks the small key receivers and side-feed routes.
