Sand Blocks level guide
Sand Blocks: Drop Puzzle Level 450 Walkthrough
Level 450 opens with two hoppers, counted tanks marked 4 and 6, yellow key receivers and a right-side dispenser marked 2. Preserve the central crossing while the short pieces lower the counters, then follow the late full-grid feed into the Sand Blocks transition and the Level 450 new-feature reward card.

How to Solve Sand Blocks Level 450 — Full Solution
- At about 2:10, clear the short white, green and yellow receivers around the centre and right-side 2 dispenser. Let the board settle after each 100% clear.
- Use the yellow key-marked receiver in the upper-right lane while leaving the long green and pink pieces against their side walls. Do not cover the narrow cell immediately below the right hopper.
- Work the small black, brown and white receivers around the central green tank. Keep the large red and pink footprints out of the middle until the nearby short pieces are gone.
- Pull the right-side dispenser piece into its open lane, then clear the next short receivers without sealing the yellow key path. The visible dispenser count drops from 2 to 1.
- Continue the centre clears while the left counted tank drops from 4 to 3. Keep the long green piece below the left reservoir and the red L away from the central crossing.
- When the left counter reaches 1 around 0:54, finish the yellow key receiver and the adjacent white/brown pieces. Allow the next feed phase to settle before moving the long pink receiver.
- In the later full-grid phase around 0:34, route the brown, blue and white receivers through the top and right lanes first. Keep the long red bar horizontal and the pink vertical pieces in separate columns.
- Clear the remaining red, pink, black and green pieces from outside inward. Move the last long green receiver under the left hopper only after its neighbouring white and brown cells are free.
- Let the final blue, white and pink sand settle, then clear the remaining lower receivers. The board enters the Sand Blocks transition and the Level 450 reward card appears with the new-feature unlock.
Colors in this level:
Green, Blue, Red, Yellow, Pink, White, Brown, Black, Purple
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Parking a long red or pink receiver across the centre while the yellow key lane and right-side dispenser still need access.
- Moving the long green receiver before the short pieces around the lower green tank have cleared.
- Treating the late full-grid feed as a reset instead of the final phase of the same board.
Quick Tips for Sand Blocks Level 450 (quick clues)
- Clear the short centre and right-side pieces before moving the long red, green and pink receivers.
- Keep the yellow key lane open while the visible 4, 6 and 2 states are changing.
- Treat the late full-grid arrangement as the final feed phase; do not reset the board when the top colours change.
Board notes 5 details
- Layout
- Portrait board with two top hoppers, a large green reservoir on the left and a smaller green/blue reservoir on the right. A tall grey tank marked 4 occupies the left side, a large green tank marked 4 fills the lower centre and a right-side tank shows 6. Short horizontal, vertical and L-shaped receivers in red, green, yellow, pink, white, blue, brown and black fill the centre and right lanes; yellow key icons, padlock-style icons marked 15 and a right-side dispenser marked 2 are visible.
- Goal
- Reduce the counted tanks while routing the coloured receivers through the narrow centre and right-side lanes. Keep the yellow key receivers reachable, clear the long green and pink pieces without blocking the crossing, then follow the late feed change into the full-board cleanup and reward transition.
- Opening
- Begin with the short white, green and yellow pieces around the centre and the right-side 2 dispenser. Leave the long red, green and pink footprints against their side walls until nearby short receivers have cleared; the left 4 tank is a counted gate, not a receiver to drag.
- Danger Zone
- A long red or pink piece across the centre blocks both the yellow key lane and the right-side dispenser. The lower green tank also occupies the comfortable crossing for the long green receiver, so clear its neighbouring short pieces before staging the long shapes.
- Mechanics
- The level uses multiple visible counted tanks, key-marked yellow receivers and a later top-feed phase. The left counter visibly falls from 4 to 3 and then 1; after the phase change the board expands into a dense full-grid arrangement, and the completion transition is followed by a Level 450 card marked New Feature Unlocked!
Frequently Asked Questions
What do the visible 4, 6 and 2 states mean?
They are separate counted board or dispenser states visible in the run. Lower the short-piece and key lanes around them rather than treating the labels as ordinary move counts.
Why must the centre stay open?
The central crossing is shared by the yellow key lane, the right-side dispenser and the long green, red and pink footprints. A long piece there blocks several later feeds at once.
What happens at the end of Level 450?
After the last receivers clear, the Sand Blocks transition appears, followed by a Level 450 reward card that says New Feature Unlocked! and shows 40 coin rewards.
