Sand Blocks: Drop Puzzle Level 22 Walkthrough

hard 6 colors

Level 22 loads yellow, blue, green, white, and red receivers around a two-star platform before any of them disappear. Preserve every partially filled piece, then use eight verified 100% removals to drive the linked 7/8 cap to zero.

How to Solve Sand Blocks Level 22 — Full Solution

  1. Drag the right yellow 2x2 down the outside-right corridor into its lower-right parking square; it remains at 0%.
  2. Lower the slim blue vertical receiver into the vacated lane and take only the visible partial blue pour; keep the bar on the board.
  3. Raise the yellow 2x2 beneath the right yellow slope for its first partial fill, then return it to lower-right.
  4. Lift the bottom-center green L around the platform's lower-right corner, partially load its vertical leg, and park the still-visible L along the bottom.
  5. Touch the right white 1x1 to the pale edge, then raise the lower-left green L along the left wall; neither action changes 7/8.
  6. Partially load the upper-right red vertical bar, then move the slim blue bar to the lower-right blue fall; frame 81 still shows all these receivers.
  7. Return the right yellow 2x2 to its bank until it reaches 100% and disappears; 7/8 becomes 6/7.
  8. Finish the slim blue vertical receiver at the blue edge; its disappearance changes 6/7 to 5/6.
  9. Finish the bottom green L under the right green residue; its full-footprint removal changes 5/6 to 4/5.
  10. Complete the right white 1x1 at the pale foundation edge; 4/5 becomes 3/4.
  11. Return the right red vertical bar beneath its red strip and finish its stored fill; 3/4 becomes 2/3.
  12. Slide the upper blue horizontal receiver under the exposed blue-white stripe and hold it to disappearance; 2/3 becomes 1/2.
  13. Complete the left white 1x1 beneath the remaining pale stripe; the 7-piece opens at 0/1.
  14. Raise the left yellow 2x2 beneath the star-marked bank and finish it; the last 1 disappears and the former 7/8 footprint opens.
  15. Move the two top green 1x1 receivers separately into the small right green pockets and wait for each disappearance.
  16. Fit the surviving green L into the upper-right green fall, then place the surviving red vertical bar beneath the exposed left red strip.
  17. Put the yellow L receiver beneath the lower yellow slope and hold its full footprint inside the fall until it disappears.
  18. Move the last green corner receiver beneath the bottom green scrap and wait for the empty platform and confetti.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Calling the 28%-35% blue bar or 48%-64% yellow square cleared while it remains visible.
  • Treating 0/1 as a fully open platform before the eighth receiver disappears.
  • Leaving a partial receiver in the right shuttle lane instead of its lower parking cells.

Quick Tips for Sand Blocks Level 22 (quick clues)

  • Keep the right wall open after every partial pour so the same yellow and blue receivers can return.
  • Use disappearance, not movement away from a stream, as the signal for a counter decrement.
  • At 0/1, route one more full receiver before treating the platform footprint as open.
Board notes 5 details
Layout
A rectangular perimeter holds red top-corner bars, a top blue bar, two green squares, one white square, side yellow 2x2 receivers, a right blue vertical bar, two white foundation squares, and two lower green L shapes around a central two-star platform capped by 7 and 8.
Goal
Load receivers around the right wall without losing their identities, then complete eight removals through 7/8, 6/7, 5/6, 4/5, 3/4, 2/3, 1/2, 0/1, and fully open before clearing the released platform sand.
Opening
Park right yellow low, partially load the slim blue bar and yellow square, then partially load the bottom green L and right white square; frames 41 and 81 show these receivers still present.
Danger Zone
Treating a partially filled receiver as cleared deletes a piece that the video routes again later. Only a 100% disappearance advances the 7/8 cap.
Mechanics
Both counters decrement on each completed receiver until the 7-piece opens at 0/1; one further completion removes the 8-piece. Partial percentages do not decrement either counter.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do partial fills reduce the 7/8 counters?

No. Frames 41 and 81 show several percentage-filled receivers still present while the cap remains; the numbers change only after 100% disappearance.

  • Why does one cyan piece remain after the 7 side opens?

The linked pair is offset by one: the seventh completion produces 0/1, and the eighth removes the last 8-side piece.

  • How can I tell whether a receiver is still needed?

If its colored outline and percentage remain visible, keep its identity in the route and return it to matching sand later.
