Pull the blue 1x3 down c2 to r2-r4 and place the cyan 1x1 into r3c2; wait for the top stream to change from red/blue to pink/cyan.
Move the purple 1x1 at r3c1 into the neck outlet, then drag the pink 1x2 at r5c2-r5c3 to the left receiver.
Keep the white L spanning r4c2-r5c3 as a bridge while the cyan 1x3 travels from c2 into c5; leave r7c3-r7c4 lock lane empty.
