Level 321 hangs three tubes over a purple eight-by-six board: green feeds the reservoir reading 12 at c1-c3 r1, red feeds the reservoir reading 3 at c6-c8 r1, and magenta drops into the count cell reading 8 at c4-c5 r2. Eight numbered cells step down together, and the whole level turns on keeping the one-cell c4-c5 shaft open.

- Let the cyan basin at c1-c2 r4 run from 7% to 100% and clear at 0:02.0; it needs no drag and it is what triggers the first ladder step.
- Absorb the 0:02 and 0:03 double step: 12→11→10 on the c1-c3 reservoir, 8→7→6 at c4-c5 r2, 3→2→1 on the c6-c8 reservoir, 10→9→8 at c6 r2, 20→19→18 at c1 r3, 15→14→13 at c3 r3, 11→10→9 at c3 r4 and 11→10→9 at c7 r4.
- Fill the blue vertical receiver that appears at c6 r5 under the c6-c8 column; it is the first bar receiver the board puts into play.
