Sand Blocks level guide
Sand Blocks: Drop Puzzle Level 374 Walkthrough
Level 374 carries the game's Hard label and is fed by three top outlets at c2, c4 and c6. The c2 outlet starts behind glass marked 4. Two checkered wrappers marked 8, three ice blocks marked 10 and a cover marked 17 all count down with each clear. A brown vertical that only slides sideways drains the brown loads, and a small dispenser and a yellow side pipe appear under the cover for the last half minute.

How to Solve Sand Blocks Level 374 — Full Solution
- At 2:20 on the timer, the magenta 1x1 at c6 under the magenta box fills at once. The counters step to glass 3, wrappers 7, cover 16 and ice 9 by about 2:19.
- Swap small blocks under the open boxes one at a time. A magenta 1x1 goes under c6 at about 2:16, and two more clears by about 2:15 bring the counts to 2, 6, 15 and 8. More small clears by about 2:02 leave glass 1, wrappers 5, cover 14 and ice 7.
- At about 1:52, another magenta 1x1 fills under c6. The glass over c2 breaks at about 1:51 and shows brown sand, and the counts read wrappers 4, cover 13 and ice 6.
- Slide the brown slider from c1 to c2 under the brown box; it takes about a third by 1:43. The c2 box then switches to cyan, and a cyan 1x1 fills at about 1:42. Quick cyan clears follow, and by about 1:41 the wrappers read 1, the cover 10 and the ice 3.
- At about 1:30, clear a cyan vertical under c2. The cover drops to 9, the ice to 2, and the two wrappers open into magenta verticals.
- Spend about 1:29 to 1:03 rearranging the middle rows so a tall cyan vertical and a magenta vertical can reach the boxes. The cyan vertical fills under c2 at about 1:02 (cover 8, ice 1). The magenta one fills under c6 between about 0:59 and 0:58, which shatters the ice (cover 7) and frees a green L, a red L and a yellow vertical at c5-c7.
- At about 0:53, slide the brown slider over to c4 so it drains the rest of that box's brown (66%). Green follows in c4. Drop green 1x1s under it and the cover falls to 4 at about 0:50, then add the green L (33% at 0:48, full at 0:47) for cover 3.
- Slide the brown slider across to c6, where it finishes at about 0:36 and the cover drops to 1. A red vertical beside the pink outlet goes from 40% at about 0:37 to full at 0:35, and the cover lifts at about 0:34.
- The cover hid a dispenser marked 3 at c2-c3, a yellow pipe at c1, a cyan L, a red L and a yellow vertical. Pull its pieces out one by one: a yellow bar at about 0:33, a purple 2x2 by 0:32 and a dark-green L by 0:31. The dispenser is empty at about 0:30.
- Stand a yellow vertical under the yellow side pipe at c1. It is 43% full at about 0:26 and full at 0:24.
- The c6 box now holds green under red. Start the dark-green L there (40% at about 0:16, 50% by 0:15), then move it to c2. The cyan L fills under c2 at about 0:12, and the c2 box turns green, so the dark-green L finishes there (95% at about 0:11).
- Put the red L under c6; it goes from 42% at about 0:10 to 92% at 0:09 and clears by 0:08, while a yellow bar fills from the side pipe. With the c2 box on purple, the purple 2x2 is full at about 0:06 and the last yellow bar fills at about 0:05. The final purple vertical clears at about 0:04 and the board is solved.

Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Blocking the brown slider's row. It can only move left and right, so any piece left in its path keeps it from reaching the c2, c4 or c6 box when brown is waiting.
- Having no green or red piece ready for the c6 box at the end. It finishes with a green-and-red load that has to drain in the last 15 seconds, and a missing receiver there costs the level.
- Leaving the dispenser pieces for later. When the cover lifts at about 0:34 there is barely half a minute left, and the purple 2x2 and dark-green L from the dispenser are both needed for the finish.
Quick Tips for Sand Blocks Level 374 (quick clues)
- Clear the small 1x1 blocks under the c6 box early. Each one counts toward all four gates, and the glass over c2 is gone by about 1:51.
- Treat the brown slider as a shuttle. It visits all three boxes and reaches 100% only after its third stop, at about 0:36.
- Keep two L shapes free for the c6 box's final green-and-red load. The dark-green L from the dispenser and a red L drain it between about 0:16 and 0:08.
Board notes 5 details
- Layout
- Seven columns. The top row has three sand boxes: c2 (brown behind glass marked 4, under a cyan pipe), c4 (brown, under a green pipe) and c6 (magenta, under a pink pipe). A yellow vertical sits at c3 and a red vertical at c5 between them. Below is a dense block of magenta, cyan, green, yellow, red and purple receivers. A brown vertical with left-right arrows stands at c1, and checkered wrappers marked 8 sit at c3 and c2. Ice blocks marked 10 fill the lower right (c5-c7). A cover marked 17 hides c1-c4 at the bottom, with a yellow pipe on its left edge.
- Goal
- Clear receivers to break the glass, open the wrappers, shatter the ice and lift the cover. Then empty the dispenser and fill everything with the right colours before the 2:20 timer runs out. The finish leaves only about four seconds.
- Opening
- A magenta 1x1 at c6 fills straight from the magenta box. That first clear at about 2:19 takes every counter down by one: glass 3, wrappers 7, cover 16, ice 9. Keep dropping small magenta, green and cyan blocks under the open boxes until the glass is at 1 by about 2:02.
- Danger Zone
- The brown sand in the c2 and c4 boxes only drains into the brown slider, which cannot move up or down. It has to be slid under c2 at about 1:44, under c4 at about 0:53 and under c6 at about 0:37 while the path across its row is clear.
- Mechanics
- Glass, wrappers, ice and the cover all count down by one for each receiver cleared anywhere. The glass breaks, the wrappers open into magenta verticals, the ice shatters, and the cover lifts. The top boxes change colour as each load runs out (c2: brown, cyan, green, purple; c4: brown, green; c6: magenta, brown, then green and red). A 3-piece dispenser and a yellow side pipe appear when the cover lifts.
Frequently Asked Questions
What do the 4, 8, 10 and 17 on the board mean?
They are all clear counters. The 4 is glass over the c2 box, the 8s are checkered wrappers, the 10s are ice blocks, and the 17 is the lower-left cover. Every receiver you clear lowers each of them by one.
How does the brown piece with arrows work?
It is a brown receiver that can only slide sideways across its row. Move it under the c2 box, then the c4 box, then the c6 box to collect each brown load until it reaches 100% at about 0:36.
What appears when the 17 cover lifts?
A dispenser marked 3 (a yellow bar, a purple 2x2 and a dark-green L), a yellow pipe on the left edge, and a cyan L, a red L and a yellow vertical near the bottom.
