Sand Shape Level 105 Walkthrough

expert Target: 13 moves 13 colors

Sand Shape Level 105 is a thirteen-region double-hole Difference board. Anchor the left-foot pink/peach pair, stack left-to-top through blue, lock magenta on the centre foot, then keep lime, coral, forest-green, sky-blue, and indigo as separate hole-ring pieces.

How to Solve Sand Shape Level 105 — Full Solution

  1. Fill pink as the left-foot block under both LL stack triangles (bottom two rows of the left foot).
  2. Fill peach as the L immediately above those LL markers—horizontal over pink’s right half and vertical stem up the right of the left foot, leaving the left-edge column open.
  3. Fill yellow as the left-edge column above pink, stepping into peach’s left notch.
  4. Fill green as the left-middle snake above peach and right of yellow, stopping so both UL L-pair triangles sit on green’s right edge.
  5. Fill teal as the top-left vertical strip along the left edge above yellow, left of green’s upper body.
  6. Fill blue as the top-centre block right of green/teal and left of the upper-hole bar and upper hole—do not cross that bar.
  7. Fill purple as the centre pocket left of the double holes, below blue, right of green, above the left lower-hole marker.
  8. Fill magenta as the centre foot and the lower bar under both lower-hole markers (both lower vertical triangles on magenta’s top edge); stop short of the right foot.
  9. After rejecting a full green far-right column (Required Shapes red X), fill lime as the thin mid-right stack on the right shoulder only.
  10. Fill coral as the remaining lower-right foot tip under lime.
  11. Fill forest green as the wrap around the double holes—left of the lower hole against purple/magenta, between the holes, and right of the lower hole against lime.
  12. Fill sky blue above the holes on the right of the upper-hole bar, hooking over forest green into the upper right-shoulder cells without taking the top-right corner.
  13. Finish indigo as the separate top-right cap on the remaining cream cells—never continuous with blue across the upper-hole triangle.

Pink, Peach, Yellow, Green, Teal, Blue, Purple, Magenta, Lime, Coral, Forest green, Sky blue, Indigo

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Filling the entire far-right column as one green region, which raises a red X under Required Shapes.
  • Extending the top-centre blue into the top-right indigo cap across the upper-hole triangle, which raises a red X under Difference.

Quick Tips for Sand Shape Level 105 (spoiler-free)

  • Build the left-foot pink/peach pair under the LL stack before touching the double holes.
  • If the right column flashes a Required Shapes red X, shrink it to the thin lime stack and peel coral off as its own foot.
  • Keep indigo as its own top-right cap—never continuous with blue across the upper-hole triangle.
Board notes 5 details
Layout
A wide irregular cream polyomino has a seven-cell top bar, a mid-height right shoulder, three lower feet (left ~3×2, centre under the holes, narrow right tip), and two offset one-cell square holes (upper mid-centre; lower one cell right and one cell down). Seven Difference triangles: LL stack of two on the left foot; UL L-pair (vertical stem + horizontal arm) mid-left; one vertical bar on the upper hole’s top edge; two vertical bars on the lower bar under the holes (left above the centre-foot left edge, right under the lower hole).
Goal
Partition into thirteen Required Shapes—pink left foot, peach L, yellow left column, green snake, teal top-left, blue top-centre, purple centre pocket, magenta centre foot, lime thin right stack, coral right foot, forest-green hole wrap, sky-blue above holes, indigo top-right cap—so every triangle joins unlike silhouettes.
Opening
The verified run fills pink under both LL stack triangles on the left foot, then the peach L above those markers before stacking yellow, green, teal, and blue left-to-top.
Danger Zone
A full green far-right column (shoulder through the right foot path) raises a red X under Required Shapes; the fix is thin lime on the mid-right shoulder plus a separate coral foot. Merging the top-right indigo cap into top-centre blue across the upper-hole triangle raises a red X under Difference.
Mechanics
Required Shapes plus Difference connects different shapes; the double hole forces late forest-green, sky-blue, and indigo to stay distinct from blue and from each other.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the safest opening for Sand Shape Level 105?

Fill pink under both LL stack triangles on the left foot, then the peach L above those markers before stacking the yellow left column.

  • Why does Level 105 show a red X on the right side?

The video shows a full green far-right column failing Required Shapes; the accepted fill is the thinner lime mid-right stack plus a separate coral right foot.
