How to Solve Block Out Level 523 — Full Solution
- Clear the yellow and cyan pieces along the bottom arm, then remove the red and green stack from the right arm of the U.
- Take the short cyan row near middle-left; the orange 3-count reservoir retracts and exposes connected green/cyan pieces on the right.
- Drain the narrow green 3-count tube by clearing its green, red, and purple stack without filling the bottom corridor.
- Continue clearing exposed blue and cyan pieces until the purple 3-count reservoir reaches zero and reveals the key layer.
- Remove the red key-marked tile at upper-center and yellow key-marked tile at upper-right, keeping their paths above the lower-left lock cluster.
- Clear the cyan key-marked horizontal tile at mid-left, then the green key-marked tile near center; the lower-left lock counter drops and the cluster opens.
- Take the purple/cyan framed square from mid-left, then slide the upper-left green/cyan L left through the cyan side opening.
- Clear the loose cyan and purple pieces between the two lower connected shapes so their footprints do not overlap.
- Move the lower-left green/cyan L along the bottom corridor and out through the left cyan opening.
- Turn the blue/cyan L from lower-right upward through the center-right channel, send its cyan end to the top cyan gate, and remove the last cyan blocks.
Colors in this level:
Purple, Orange, Green, Cyan, Red, Yellow, Blue
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Describing the reveal as only two loose keys; four colored key-marked tiles are visible above a lock cluster marked 2.
- Treating every connected L as identical instead of tracking its color, start position, and exit.
Quick Tips for Block Out Level 523 (quick clues)
- Clear the red, yellow, cyan, and green key-marked tiles before either green/cyan L occupies the bottom corridor.
- Use the left cyan opening for the upper-left and lower-left green/cyan Ls; send the lower-right blue/cyan L upward to the top cyan gate.
Board notes 5 details
- Layout
- A U-shaped field surrounds purple, orange, and green reservoirs that each start at 3. The reveal shows red, yellow, cyan, and green key-marked tiles above a lower-left lock cluster marked 2.
- Goal
- Open all three reservoirs, clear the four key-marked tiles until the lower-left lock cluster opens, then route the upper-left and lower-left green/cyan Ls separately from the lower-right blue/cyan L.
- Opening
- Clear the bottom yellow/cyan pieces, right-arm red/green stack, and short cyan row; the orange reservoir opens before the green tube and purple reservoir.
- Danger Zone
- The lock cluster and three L footprints share the U's bottom corridor; moving either green/cyan L there before the key layer clears blocks the remaining marked tiles.
- Mechanics
- Three 3-count reservoirs reveal four key-marked colors, a two-stage lower-left lock cluster, and three positionally distinct connected L shapes.
