How to Solve Block Out Level 654 — Full Solution
- Send the top-center purple horizontal block through the top purple gate for left 4→3, center 21→20, right 10→9 and bottom 26→25, then the adjacent tall purple crown piece through it for 3→2, 20→19, 9→8 and 25→24.
- Send the upper-right yellow square through the right yellow gate to change left, center, right and bottom from 2, 19, 8, 24 to 1, 18, 7, 23, then the tall crown cyan through the left cyan gate to produce 0, 17, 6, 22; the reveal contains yellow, pink, purple and orange blocks, and its first move slides the new upper-left cyan square inward.
- At center 17, send the small upper-left blue square through the left blue gate for 17→16, bring the tall crown cyan vertical to the left cyan gate for 16→15, and send the lower-left orange vertical through the left orange gate for 15→14.
- Send the upper-right cyan vertical through the right cyan gate for center 14→13, then the upper-right yellow L through the right yellow gate for 13→12; the right panel is left showing 1.
- Send the top-center purple square through the top purple gate for center 12→11 and right 1→0; the panel retracts, and the first gate exit from the revealed configuration is the left pink vertical through the left pink gate for center 11→10.
- Send the small yellow square through the right yellow gate for 10→9, the larger yellow L-shaped block through it for 9→8, the next right-edge yellow square for 8→7, and the lower-right purple vertical through the right purple gate for 7→6.
- Send the second purple vertical through the top purple gate for 6→5, the cyan 2x2 square across the crown and through the left cyan gate for 5→4, the right red horizontal through the right red gate for 4→3, and the left orange L-shaped block through the left orange gate for 3→2.
- Send the yellow 2x2 square through the right yellow gate for 2→1, then the cyan 2x2 square through the right cyan gate for 1→0; the reveal contains cyan, yellow, purple, orange and green pieces, and its cyan horizontal bar exits through the right cyan gate first.
- After the lower colors leave, finish with the purple 2x2 square through the top purple gate, green hook through the bottom green gate and tall left green vertical through the left green gate.
- The empty board is followed by BLACK OUT, fireworks and the Level 654 completion card.

Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using either one-cell side corridor as a parking bay for a long vertical.
- Covering the bottom mechanism with a horizontal block just before the central counter reaches zero.
Quick Tips for Block Out Level 654 (quick clues)
- Alternate left and right exits so neither one-cell corridor becomes storage.
- Keep the bottom numbered strip uncovered until the center reaches zero.
Board notes 5 details
- Layout
- An oval board surrounds orange-framed counters marked left 4, center 21 and right 10, plus linked bottom bars including 26; two top purple pieces, an upper-left red horizontal, tall crown cyan, yellow pieces, green pieces and pink pieces fill the ring.
- Goal
- Use matching-gate exits to zero the left and right side panels, then reduce the center from 21 to 0; the final right-cyan trigger opens a lower release whose cyan piece exits first.
- Opening
- Use the top purple gate twice to change left, center, right and bottom from 4, 21, 10, 26 to 3, 20, 9, 25 and then 2, 19, 8, 24; the right yellow exit produces 1, 18, 7, 23, and the left cyan exit produces 0, 17, 6, 22.
- Danger Zone
- A long green vertical or yellow L parked in either one-cell side corridor freezes the ring and strands the next red or cyan exit.
- Mechanics
- Gate exits visibly decrement the linked orange counters: after the left 1→0 cyan trigger, the first reveal move slides a new upper-left cyan square inward; after the right 1→0 purple trigger, the first exit is left pink; after the center 1→0 cyan trigger, the new cyan horizontal bar exits through the right cyan gate first.
Frequently Asked Questions
What makes Block Out Level 654 difficult?
The huge center stays closed while a tight ring must circulate through two one-cell side corridors, so one parked long block can stop the entire board.
What appears after the center reaches zero?
A lower group of cyan, yellow, purple, orange and green pieces appears, and its cyan horizontal bar is the first piece sent through the right cyan gate.
