How to Solve Block Out Level 656 — Full Solution

  1. Send the free red rectangles from the crown through the top red gate, moving the upper yellow blocks left whenever a red route needs the center column.
  2. At red 6-cover value 1, send the last red square through the top red gate for 1-to-0; the yellow-blue framed corner, green/yellow groups, blue pieces and framed red-purple column appear, and the first post-reveal move shifts the upper purple L into center.
  3. Route the exposed green squares to the left green gate and the yellow rectangles to the left yellow gate, one group at a time.
  4. Move the upper purple L to the right purple gate, then clear the cyan L and blue verticals through their right/bottom approaches as the purple counter falls.
  5. During the last purple-cover interval, send the remaining small yellow blocks out and pull the framed red-purple vertical away from the cover edge.
  6. At purple 17-cover value 1, send the red outer vertical of the framed red-purple column through the top red gate for 1-to-0; nested red-yellow-green corners, blue columns, red/purple blocks and a framed double chamber appear, and the first post-reveal move pulls the framed red-yellow corner left.
  7. Send the revealed red blocks upward and purple right, then route the small green block through the left green gate and its adjacent yellow block through the left yellow gate while blue pieces remain.
  8. Sweep the remaining cyan-blue L and blue blocks through their blue routes, leaving one blue vertical above the bottom blue gate for last; drop it through that gate to trigger BLOCK OUT, fireworks and the PERFECT Level 656 card.

Layout
A red 6-cover fills the tall lower-left and a purple 17-cover fills the lower-right below a stepped crown of red/yellow rectangles, purple blocks, blue/cyan columns, green and a framed red-purple vertical.
Goal
Cash out the red crown first, drain the purple cover without storing a long piece above it, then separate the nested red-yellow-green corners from the final blue field.
Opening
Send the free crown reds upward, move yellow left and keep the green square out of the center seam; after the red reveal, lift its blue column before turning the yellow-blue corner.
Danger Zone
A blue column, framed red-purple vertical or yellow-blue corner left on the strip above the purple cover blocks the next trigger and the pieces waiting underneath.
Mechanics
The red cover's final trigger is a red square through the top red gate; the purple cover's is the red outer vertical of the framed red-purple column through that same gate. Each changes 1-to-0 before its reveal and immediate first move.
