How to Solve Colony Flow! Level 246 — Full Solution

  1. Tap the three front-row cyan 35 stacks left to right (columns 2–4), then the two exposed cyan 35 stacks in the next row; all five bays may fill with cyan counters.
  2. Wait until at least one bay returns white, then tap dark blue 30 on the front left; do not start orange while this dark-blue route is still climbing.
  3. Tap the next exposed cyan 35 on the right edge and wait for its ants to leave the lower opening.
  4. Tap purple 10 and keep one bay free until the purple ants enter the left cloud route.
  5. Tap orange 26 for the lower crescent body; wait for the orange stream to clear before another long card.
  6. Tap pale orange 32, then another short cyan return; if purple still occupies a bay, wait before a second purple 10.
  7. Tap yellow-orange 35 for the main crescent body, alternating with any newly exposed cyan 35/40 so only one long field route is fresh at a time.
  8. Continue the mid-board interleave: orange 30/26, pale orange 32, purple 10, and cyan 35 one card at a time with a returned bay between long routes.
  9. When the sky is largely open, tap black/grey 25 for the star-dust block; do not launch it during a five-bay cyan burst.
  10. Drain remaining cyan 35, purple 7/10, dark blue 17/30, short orange and pale yellow 34 tails left to right as they expose; wait for the blank board and logo transition.

Cyan, Dark blue, Purple, Orange, Yellow, Black

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Launching a second cyan 35 wave while all five bays still show cyan counters hides purple 10 and orange 26.
  • Starting orange 26 before dark blue 30 has left the lower hole makes two long perimeter routes compete for the same bay.

Quick Tips for Colony Flow! Level 246 (spoiler-free)

  • Treat cyan 35 as separate waves: clear one visible set, free a bay, then resume.
  • Insert dark blue 30 or purple 10 between cyan waves so the cloud edge stays reachable.
  • Save black/grey 25 star-dust stacks until at least one bay is free of long cyan traffic.
Board notes 5 details
Layout
Yellow-orange crescent on a cyan night field with purple lower clouds, a dark-purple right cloud, grey star dust and yellow star accents. Opening row is dark blue 30, cyan 35, cyan 35, cyan 35; next row cyan 35, cyan 35, dark blue 30, cyan 35; third row purple 10, cyan 35, pale orange 32, yellow-orange 35. Five white buffers sit above the grid.
Goal
Drain the cyan sky first, then the dark-blue and purple cloud edges, then the orange-yellow crescent and remaining star-dust pixels until the board is blank.
Opening
Tap the three front cyan 35 stacks, then the two exposed cyan 35 stacks below; wait for a returned bay before dark blue 30, then insert purple 10 and orange 26.
Danger Zone
A second full cyan wave while all five bays are occupied buries purple 10 and orange 26. Running dark blue 30 and orange 26 together also jams the lower hole.
Mechanics
Large-field cyan routing interleaved with short purple cloud and long orange crescent routes; wait for each wave return instead of chaining every cyan 35.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What should I click first on Level 246?

The three front-row cyan 35 stacks, then the two exposed cyan 35 stacks below—leave dark blue 30 for after the first bay returns.

  • Why does the board stall after several cyan clicks?

The cyan night-sky route is still circling. Wait for ants to leave the lower opening and for a white bay to return before the next color.
