How to Solve Colony Flow! Level 558 — Full Solution

  1. Tap cyan 74 and wait until its ants clear the lower cyan background.
  2. Tap cyan 54, wait, then cyan 87; leave brown 11 and yellow 50 untouched while the counter remains in the 400s.
  3. Tap the exposed cyan 50 and cyan 70 stacks separately, then work through deeper cyan 95 stacks as active slots open.
  4. Tap yellow 50 and yellow 35, then the unlocked yellow stack, to remove the hump and harness highlights.
  5. Tap orange 33 and later orange stacks for the body, followed by brown 11 and red 13 for the muzzle, legs, and outline.
  6. Tap cream 4/12 and green 10, then dispatch the last cyan and white edge cells to empty the board.

Cyan, Orange, Yellow, Brown, Red, Cream, White, Green

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Releasing cyan 74, 54, and 87 together overloads the single hole and slows every background batch.
  • Tapping brown 11 while the camel outline is still covered leaves brown ants circling without useful cells.
  • Using yellow 50 before enough cyan clears blocks an active slot needed for the next background stack.

Quick Tips for Colony Flow! Level 558 (quick clues)

  • Send one large cyan stack at a time through the single hole.
  • Keep brown 11 parked until the camel's muzzle and leg outline are exposed.
  • Do not force the locked yellow stack before orange body cells open around it.
  • Use cream 4 and green 10 as late detail cleanup, not as opening traffic.
Board notes 5 details
Layout
Orange camel facing left on a solid cyan background, with yellow hump/harness highlights, brown-red muzzle and legs, cream body highlights, and a narrow green strap. One dark hole sits below the board. Active stacks are cyan 74, brown 11, cyan 54, cyan 87, yellow 50; deeper rows include cream 4, green 10, cyan 50/70/95, red 13, orange 33, a locked yellow stack, and yellow 35.
Goal
Drain the dominant cyan background, expose and clear the orange camel, then remove its yellow, brown, red, cream, and green accents.
Opening
Tap cyan 74 first, followed by cyan 54 and cyan 87 only as the previous wave clears. Hold brown 11 and yellow 50 while the board counter falls from 625 through the 400s.
Danger Zone
The single hole cannot efficiently accept cyan 74, 54, 87, and deeper 70/95 stacks at once. Flooding it also strands brown 11 or yellow 50 in an active slot before their camel cells are open.
Mechanics
Single-hole dominant-background routing with repeated high-count cyan stacks and a locked yellow body-detail stack.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why does cyan 74 go first?

Cyan is the entire background and 74 is the first large active batch with immediately available target cells.

  • When should I use yellow 50?

Wait until the cyan field has receded enough to expose the camel's hump and harness.

  • How should I handle the cyan 95 stacks?

Release them one at a time after the front cyan 50/70 stacks have drained through the single hole.

  • What are the last details?

Cream highlights and the green strap remain after the orange body, yellow accents, and brown-red outline are removed.
