Sand Blocks: Drop Puzzle Level 14 Walkthrough

expert 4 colors

Level 14 surrounds four counters marked 8, 10, 4, and 6 with tiny receivers. Count them down in parallel, immediately route each revealed two-by-two block to its sand shelf, and preserve the center crossing lane until the last red block opens.

How to Solve Sand Blocks Level 14 — Full Solution

  1. Drag the upper-right red single receiver into the notch below the red shelf and wait for the first counter decrement.
  2. Move the upper-left green single receiver into the matching left notch and clear the first green grains.
  3. Raise a bottom yellow single through the left lane to the yellow shelf, then wait for the values to update.
  4. Raise a bottom blue single through the right lane to the blue shelf and clear it without parking in the center.
  5. Alternate the next red and green wall squares through the top notch, returning the crossing lane to empty after each disappearance.
  6. Move the yellow two-cell bar from center-left under the yellow ledge and clear its full footprint.
  7. Move the blue two-cell bar from center-right under the lower blue ledge and wait for it to disappear.
  8. Clear another yellow and blue bottom square; the slab marked 4 reaches zero and exposes a large blue two-by-two receiver.
  9. Slide the large blue receiver from the lower-left opening to the left wall, keeping the crown notch free.
  10. After one green clear, raise the large blue block to the left blue outlet and drain the broad blue shelf.
  11. Clear another red wall square and yellow bottom square until the slab marked 6 exposes the large yellow block.
  12. Move the large yellow two-by-two receiver into the center-left catch area and remove the open yellow shelf.
  13. Clear the next paired green and red singles until the slab marked 8 reveals the large green receiver.
  14. Lift the large green block up the empty left lane and hold it beneath the upper-left green reservoir.
  15. Use a surviving small blue square under the left blue residue and clear it.
  16. Move the final yellow single to the right shoulder while preserving the center for the slab marked 10.
  17. When 10 reaches zero, pull the revealed large red two-by-two receiver into the right half.
  18. Raise the large red block beneath the upper-right red shelf and wait until the broad red mass clears.
  19. Route the last green and yellow singles to the tiny grains at the stepped crown.
  20. Finish with the final blue single at the crown's right edge and wait for the empty-board celebration.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Leaving a two-cell bar across the center when a counter is one clear away from zero.
  • Ignoring the different starting values and expecting all four large receivers to unlock together.

Quick Tips for Sand Blocks Level 14 (quick clues)

  • Track the slab marked 4 first; the large blue receiver it reveals must cross before later large blocks appear.
  • After every small clear, pause until all four displayed values finish changing before choosing the next route.

Layout
A six-column, ten-row receiver field sits under a stepped crown. Green and red fill the upper shelves; thin blue/yellow stripes and lower yellow/blue shelves feed the notch. Single-cell colored receivers line both walls and the bottom; yellow and blue two-cell bars cross the middle; four pale two-by-two slabs start at 8, 10, 4, and 6.
Goal
Use small receiver clears to decrement all four slabs. Their zero states reveal large blue, yellow, green, and red two-by-two receivers that must be removed in that opening order before the last tiny crown residues.
Opening
Clear the top-right red square, then the upper-left green square, followed by one bottom yellow and one bottom blue square. Those four clears expose the counter behavior and begin opening the perimeter route.
Danger Zone
A horizontal yellow or blue bar left across the middle traps the next two-by-two receiver when its slab vanishes. Clear the bar and keep the center two columns empty before a counter reaches zero.
Mechanics
All four counters decrement after each receiver clear but begin at different values. At zero, each pale two-by-two slab disappears and exposes a large receiver of the same footprint.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What do the four numbers do in Level 14?

The video shows every receiver clear decrementing them together; each slab disappears at zero and reveals a large two-by-two receiver beneath it.

  • Which large receiver opens first?

The slab starting at 4 opens first and reveals the large blue block, so its crossing lane must already be clear.
