How to Solve Sand Blocks Level 311 — Full Solution

  1. Leave the blue receiver at r1c2; it rises from 41% to 100% and clears at about 4.5s, while the visible counters tick red 24→23, green 15→14, yellow 9→8 and purple 4→3.
  2. Move a red receiver into the c5 lane under the top chamber and wait through the red counter's repeated clears; keep green and blue out of r1c5-r2c5.
  3. Leave the cyan receiver at r2c4 in place as its own counter falls from 9 through the run.
  4. Keep yellow in c1 and green in c6-c7 while the left 9 and right 15 counters drain; clear purple from the r2c7 feed early.
  5. Fill and clear the key receivers at r4c1 and r6c1, then use the two keys to remove padlock 2 at r4c4 and padlock 3 at r5c4.
  6. Route the green badge pieces, red 10-badge receiver and the bottom green/purple bars only after their lanes open.
  7. When the top tube turns cyan around 100s, place cyan receivers in c5, c4 and c6, wait for 100%, and confirm the empty-board completion card.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Parking a non-red receiver in c5 while the red counter is still active.
  • Dragging the r1c1 yellow socket away before the yellow feed reaches zero.
  • Trying to open a padlock before both c1 key receivers have cleared.

Quick Tips for Sand Blocks Level 311 (quick clues)

  • Keep c5 reserved for red until the top tube visibly turns cyan.
  • Clear both c1 key receivers before attempting padlocks 2 and 3.
  • Let the r2c4 cyan counter run in place; it is not a spare block.
Board notes 5 details
Layout
7x8 grid. Side feeds enter r1c2 blue, r1c1 yellow counter 9, r1c7 green counter 15 and r2c7 purple counter 4; a red chamber counter 24 drops over c5. Single-cell receivers fill the upper rows, with key receivers at r2c3, r3c6, r4c1, r6c1, padlock 2 at r4c4, padlock 3 at r5c4, badge receivers at r4c3/r5c7/r7c7, and green and purple bars across r8c3-c4 and r8c5-c6.
Goal
Drain blue first, preserve the red c5 route while the four counters run, bank both c1 keys, then unlock the middle receivers and route the final cyan delivery.
Opening
Leave r1c2 blue in place until it clears at about 4.5s; then keep a red receiver under c5 while the red counter begins 24 to 23 and the other feeds tick down.
Danger Zone
A non-red receiver in r1c5 or r2c5 blocks the only red chute; pulling the r1c1 yellow socket before its counter reaches zero also removes the left feed.
Mechanics
Four side counters plus a red top counter, a self-counting cyan receiver at r2c4, two c1 key receivers, padlocks 2 and 3, badge receivers and a late cyan top-tube phase.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why must c5 stay clear?

The red chamber reaches only the c5 lane until its counter is exhausted; another colour there freezes the red delivery.

  • Where do the padlock keys come from?

The two key-marked receivers are in the c1 column at r4 and r6.

  • When does cyan become available?

The top tube changes to cyan near the end, after the long red phase, and then feeds the final c5/c4/c6 receivers.
