Sand Blocks level guide
Sand Blocks: Drop Puzzle Level 348 Walkthrough
Level 348 is a seven-by-eight board whose left three columns are a blue-striped reservoir with badge 3. The right column holds counters 1, 14 and 12 in a stepped ladder under a single tube feed. When the reservoir badge clears at about 0:31 the board widens into a five-by-six Phase 2 grid with an orange triangle, a red triangle, badge-8 cells and a key/diamond icon.

How to Solve Sand Blocks Level 348 — Full Solution
- Hold the green sand at c5-c6 r1 in the c5 tube feed; it drains into badge-1 at c7 r2. By about 0:19 the reservoir steps to 2 and counter 14 steps to 13.
- Yellow sand at c6-c7 r1 fills the upper-right cells. Move the dark red cells at c4-c5 r2-r3 aside to keep the c5 tube lane open while counter 14 steps through 13, 12 and 11.
- At about 0:25 the reservoir steps to 1 and counter 12 at c7 r7 begins stepping. Use the blue square at c6 r5 to absorb the grey-pipe side feed while the main tube drains the remaining upper cells.
- At about 0:31 the reservoir badge clears. The c1-c3 basin turns into dark terrain and the board widens to a five-by-six grid. An orange triangle appears at the upper right, a red triangle at the lower left, badge-8 cells at the right edge and a key/diamond icon at the centre-left.
- At about 0:34 clear the orange triangle at the upper right, then position a yellow receiver under the tube at c5 to catch the renewed sand feed. Counter 9 steps to 8.
- From about 0:40 to 0:55 clear the middle band: the remaining red cells, the pink cells and the first badge-8 receiver. The key/diamond icon unlocks the lower-left quadrant.
- From about 1:00 to 1:10 clear the second badge-8 cell on the right edge and let the cyan receiver at the centre fill. A purple bar on the right side begins receiving.
- From about 1:10 to 1:25 work the lower portion — the purple bar, brown/dark cells and a green receiver — while the counter steps from about 6 to 3.
- From about 1:25 to 1:44 drain the remaining orange, yellow and red pieces, keeping the tube feed aimed at whichever receiver is nearest to 100%.
- At about 1:52 the final grey square and orange/yellow piece clear. The SAND BLOCKS card plays at about 1:53.

Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Parking the yellow L across the c5 tube lane between r3 and r5, which stalls the reservoir badge and freezes both counters 14 and 12.
- Draining the pink cells at c5-c7 r6-r7 before counter 14 has stepped far enough, closing the c6 pathway to counter 12.
- Ignoring the orange triangle at the upper right after the Phase 2 transition, which blocks the tube feed from reaching the badge-8 cells.
Quick Tips for Sand Blocks Level 348 (quick clues)
- Keep the yellow L off the c5 tube lane until the reservoir badge clears at about 0:31.
- Do not drain the pink cells at c5-c7 r6-r7 before counter 14 has stepped below 12.
- In Phase 2, clear the orange triangle first — it blocks the top feed from reaching the badge-8 cells.
Board notes 5 details
- Layout
- Seven columns (c1-c7) by eight rows (r1-r8). Columns c1-c3 r1-r8: blue horizontal-striped reservoir with yellow border frame, badge 3. Purple tube at c5, grey pipe inlet on the right at r3. r1: green sand at c5-c6, yellow sand at c6-c7. r2: dark red at c4-c5, small green at c5, badge-1 pink cell at c7. r3: dark red at c4-c6, badge-14 pink cell at c7. r4: yellow L horizontal arm c4-c6. r5: yellow L vertical arm c4-c5, blue square c6. r6-r7: pink-bordered cells c5-c7, badge-12 at c7 r7.
- Goal
- Drain the reservoir badge 3-2-1-0 to trigger the Phase 1-to-2 transition at about 0:31, clear the wider Phase 2 grid's orange/red triangles and badge-8 counters, then empty the remaining cyan, purple and green receivers by about 1:53.
- Opening
- Green sand drains through the c5 tube into badge-1 at c7 r2; yellow sand follows. By about 0:19 the reservoir steps to 2 and counter 14 steps to 13. Keep the yellow L at c4-c6 r4 off the c5 tube lane while the right-column counters step down.
- Danger Zone
- The c5 tube lane is the only feed route; the yellow L at c4-c6 r4 can seal it and stall the reservoir badge. Draining the pink cells at c5-c7 r6-r7 before counter 14 steps far enough closes the c6 pathway to counter 12 at c7 r7.
- Mechanics
- Blue-striped reservoir badge (3-0) as the Phase 1 clock, triple counter ladder 1/14/12, board-widening phase transition at about 0:31, and a Phase 2 badge-8 counter ladder with orange triangle, red triangle, key/diamond icon, and late cyan-purple-green receivers.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does the reservoir badge stop stepping?
The c5 tube lane is the only feed route, and the yellow L at c4-c6 r4 can seal it entirely. Move the L aside to let sand flow and the badge will resume stepping.
When does the board widen?
At about 0:31 when the reservoir badge reaches zero. The left three columns turn into dark terrain and new elements — orange/red triangles, badge-8 cells and a key icon — appear in the wider grid.
What is the badge-8 counter in Phase 2?
It replaces the reservoir badge as the Phase 2 clock. It starts at 8 after the transition, steps down one at a time and reaches zero near the end of the level.
