How to Solve The Vault: Logic Puzzle Box Level 68 — Full Solution

  1. Slide the teal disc cover on the front-left of the base and take the Box from the drawer. Take the rolled Paper Clue from the upper ledge of the monument, then open the second teal disc cover on the base for the first Inset.
  2. Open the Box. Tap two buttons to swap them until the left column reads sun, down chevron, two linked cells and the right column reads walking figure, triangle, eye, top to bottom. These are the pictogram clues on the two sides of the curved pillar. The Box gives the second Inset.
  3. Place both Inset pieces in the double leaf-shaped slot on the rear base to open the four-dial panel. Turn and tap each dial until its loose shards gather into one cyan glyph. The video finished them in this order: Y bottom-right, caret ^ bottom-left, check stroke top-right, diamond top-left. The center disc then gives the Slider.
  4. Put the Slider on the leaf plaque on the front-left of the base. The leaf token moves one node at a time along the gold tracks, and cyan dots show where it can go. In the lower half, move it from the bottom-right leaf socket up the right column, across the top, and around to the left leaf socket. In the upper half, move it from the right socket through the central crossing to the left socket. The halves split and give the Lever.
  5. Insert the Lever in the slot under the front medallion and pull it. The medallion window becomes a board of colored tokens on branch tracks around a central 2x4 hub. Route the tokens through the hub so the greens gather on the top-left branch, reds top-right, dark teals bottom-left, and yellows bottom-right. When the hub is empty, the Bottom Triangle drops.
  6. Open the small keypad on the front of the base. Build each cell of its 3x3 display from the square, triangle, and circle buttons, pressing the outer shape first and then the inner shape. Copy the Paper Clue row by row. Row 1: square with circle, triangle with square, plain square. Row 2: circle with square, plain circle, triangle with circle. Row 3: plain triangle, plain triangle, circle with triangle. A grille opens with the Grid.
  7. Place the Grid on the rear block to open an 8x8 board with a black X in the center. The ball rolls in a straight line until it hits a dark cell, and the two curved-arrow buttons tilt the board. Keep redirecting the ball until it stops on the X. The Key drops out below the board.
  8. Slide the two latch bars on the shield plaque on the right of the base. It opens on the Top Triangle.
  9. Place the Top Triangle in the upper recess and the Bottom Triangle in the lower recess of the front medallion. A keyhole appears in the center. Insert the Key; the medallion opens and the Level Won card awards the Nano-fabricator Printer and 30 coins.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Reading both pillar clues into one column; the sun/chevron/cells clue fills the left column of the Box and the walking figure/triangle/eye clue fills the right.
  • Pressing the inner shape first on the keypad, which builds the wrong combined cell; clear it with the red X and redo it.
  • Leaving one token of a color in the central hub, which keeps the sorting board from releasing the Bottom Triangle.

Layout
A stone monument with a curved cyan-veined pillar. The front has a round medallion with up- and down-triangle recesses, a slot below it, a teal disc cover and a small keypad on the base, and a shield plaque with two latch bars. The pillar sides carry two pictogram clues, and the rear holds a grid panel and a double leaf-shaped slot.
Goal
Collect the Top Triangle and Bottom Triangle, place them in the medallion's recesses, and turn the Key in the keyhole to win the Nano-fabricator Printer.
Opening
Slide the front-left teal disc cover for the Box, take the rolled Paper Clue from the upper ledge, and open the second teal disc cover for the first Inset.
Danger Zone
The dial shards only lock into a glyph at the right rotation; otherwise they scatter back out. On the keypad, a combined shape takes two presses, outer shape first. The Grid ball stage takes the longest, so expect trial and error.
Mechanics
Each stage gives the next item: the Box gives the second Inset, the Insets open the dials, the dials give the Slider, the leaf route gives the Lever, the sorting board gives the Bottom Triangle, the keypad gives the Grid, and the Grid gives the Key.
