Block Out Level 111 Walkthrough

hard 6 colors

Block Out Level 111 stacks two purple-framed chambers that share a single vertical drop lane through a yellow down-arrow tile. The right-side combo column counts from 9 down to 0, tracking consecutive clears. The upper board must thin enough for the red L-piece to move — otherwise it blocks the yellow arrow lane and the lower `14` counter never starts dropping.

How to Solve Block Out Level 111 — Full Solution

  1. Remove the top orange horizontal bar and the left purple column in the upper chamber to open the top `2`/`3` row.
  2. Peel the center blue cluster downward without blocking the yellow down-arrow tile.
  3. Shift the upper red L-piece rightward so the yellow arrow lane stays open for the lower chamber.
  4. Drop the cleared upper pieces through the yellow arrow into the lower grid once the left cross-pattern block thins.
  5. Slide the lower yellow L-piece rightward before feeding the blue verticals out through the `15` side exit.
  6. Finish the remaining lower-board pieces and close the purple bottom bar counter `14`.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Parking the upper red L-piece on the yellow down-arrow, which blocks the lower `14` feed.
  • Moving the lower yellow L-piece before the upper board has cleared around the arrow lane.

Quick Tips for Block Out Level 111 (spoiler-free)

  • The yellow down-arrow is a one-way gate — do not park the upper red L-piece on it.
  • Peel the left purple cross-pattern block before feeding the lower yellow L-piece rightward.
  • Think in chain clears. The best move is the one that sets up the next two moves, not just the quickest current match.
Board notes 5 details
Layout
Dual stacked boards. Upper chamber: top row blue `2`, orange horizontal bar, blue `3`; purple, green, blue, and red polyomino bricks across the middle; yellow down-arrow tile in the lower-center. Lower chamber: purple cross-pattern block on the left, yellow L-piece center, blue verticals right, purple bottom bar marked `14`. Right edge shows a 9-to-0 combo column.
Goal
The upper board must thin out before the lower `14` counter can be fed cleanly. The yellow down-arrow tile is the one-way drop lane between chambers.
Opening
Clear the top orange horizontal bar and left purple column in the upper board. Keep the yellow down-arrow lane empty until the upper grid opens.
Danger Zone
Around 02:30 the lower board still shows counter `14` while the upper red L-piece blocks the yellow arrow lane. Sliding the lower yellow L-piece too early buries it under the purple cross-pattern stack.
Mechanics
Dual-chamber feed puzzle with a shared vertical drop lane. The right-side combo column tracks consecutive clears from 9 down to 0.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do the two boards connect in Block Out Level 111?

Through the yellow down-arrow tile in the lower-center of the upper chamber. Upper debris must pass through that tile to reach the lower `14` counter.

  • What does the right-side 9-to-0 column track?

Consecutive clears. Chaining removals down the column boosts the combo, but breaking the chain does not block the main solution.
