How to Solve Block Out Level 700 — Full Solution
- Dismiss the Ivy tutorial and send the upper green blocks through the visible top green gate.
- Clear compact yellow, red, blue and purple starter rectangles while keeping the upper-right pocket open for turns.
- With the 8-cover at 1, send the right-side yellow vertical through the upper-right yellow gate; 1 becomes 0, the nested maze appears, and the first follow-up is lifting the solid blue horizontal into the upper-left row.
- Send the revealed green vertical through the top green gate to expose the left blue door, then make the solid upper-middle blue vertical the first piece through it.
- Turn the cyan/green L toward the left without lifting the lower blue/green L into the center too early.
- Separate the purple/orange and orange/green corners one at a time, using the newly cleared center instead of the right wall.
- Send the purple-framed orange square through the right purple gate; its clear trims the central bottom ivy and uncovers the bottom door still sealed by lock 8.
- Clear the remaining purple pieces and lower blue/green corner while keeping the center open for the large lime L.
- With the bottom lock at 1, send the large lime L through the right green gate; the lock reaches 0, turns orange, and the small solid orange L uses it first.
- Send the orange square through the bottom orange gate, peel the orange outer corner of the final nested orange/green piece through the same gate, then send the revealed inner green L through the right green gate to empty the board at 0:50.
Colors in this level:
Green, Yellow, Red, Blue, Purple, Cyan, Orange
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Treating the ivy-covered edges as permanent walls instead of planning clears that reveal their doors.
- Moving the lower blue/green L into the center before the other nested corners have rotated.
Quick Tips for Block Out Level 700 (quick clues)
- After the cover opens, use the green vertical to expose the left blue door and the solid blue vertical as its first customer.
- Rotate one outlined L at a time and leave the center empty for the next corner.
Board notes 5 details
- Layout
- Ivy hides the full left and bottom edges, a purple 8-cover fills the lower half and compact green/yellow/red/blue/purple rectangles crowd the upper starter area beside right locks marked 5, 23 and 14.
- Goal
- Take the 8-cover from 1 to 0 with the right yellow vertical, expose both ivy-hidden doors with identified clears, then route the nested outlined L pieces through their unlocked gates.
- Opening
- Use the visible top green gate first, then clear compact colored rectangles while reserving the upper-right pocket as turning space.
- Danger Zone
- Raising the lower blue/green L into the center before the purple/orange and yellow/purple corners rotate can trap the maze against the still-covered bottom edge.
- Mechanics
- The green vertical through the top gate exposes the left blue door; a purple-framed orange square through the right purple gate uncovers the bottom door under lock 8, and a later lime-L clear unlocks it at 0.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which pieces first use the two doors hidden by Ivy in Level 700?
The solid upper-middle blue vertical first uses the left blue door. After the bottom lock reaches 0, the small solid orange L is first through the bottom orange gate.
What exactly opens the 8-cover?
The right-side yellow vertical exits through the upper-right yellow gate while the cover shows 1, taking it to 0; the first follow-up is lifting the revealed solid blue horizontal into the upper-left row.
