Colony Flow! Level 104 Walkthrough

hard 7 colors

Colony Flow Level 104 clears a tiger face on a green field. The green 50 field stack has to rise first; the red tongue and orange fur only join after that perimeter is moving.

How to Solve Colony Flow! Level 104 — Full Solution

  1. Raise the leftmost green 50 from source row 1 into active cell 1. Green ants take the dirt path and start the field cells on the bottom edge of the tiger portrait. Do not raise the red tongue stack or either orange fur stack yet.
  2. Raise the second green 50 from source row 1 into the next free active cell. A second green wave continues the field around the face. Leave one beat so the first green wave is off the bottom edge. Still hold red and orange.
  3. Raise the green 20 from source row 1, then the green stack from source row 2, as each climbs into the active row. Those smaller green stacks finish the remaining field pockets. Do not raise black 20 yet.
  4. Raise the first orange fur stack from source row 2. Orange ants start the tiger head. Wait one beat after the last green field wave so the dirt path is clear.
  5. Raise the red tongue stack from source row 1, then the yellow accent from source row 2. Red clears the tongue; yellow hits the small face accents. Leave one beat between them.
  6. Raise the second orange fur stack from source row 3, then black 20 from source row 2. Orange finishes the remaining fur; black starts the nose, eyes, and stripes.
  7. Raise pink ear, white muzzle, and the dark stripe refill from source row 3 into the free buffer pads. Pink and white clear the ear and muzzle patches; the dark refill finishes the last stripes. The tiger face is done when the last cube is routed off the board and the clear banner shows.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Raising the red tongue stack before both green 50 field waves have left the bottom edge, so red ants sit on remaining tongue cells and block green traffic.
  • Sending the first orange fur stack while the green 20 and source-row-2 green are still climbing, which packs the ant hole and freezes white muzzle and black 20.
  • Parking every active pad with orange before pink and white rise, so the ear and muzzle patches never get a free buffer.

Quick Tips for Colony Flow! Level 104 (spoiler-free)

  • Raise both green 50 stacks from source row 1 before any face color. The field is the only color that can clear the bottom edge safely.
  • After the field is moving, bring orange fur up next, then the red tongue and the yellow accent. Leave black 20 and white muzzle for the detail pass.
  • Keep one active-row pad empty for the pink ear and white muzzle pair. Parking every pad with orange freezes those last face patches.
Board notes 5 details
Layout
Portrait board with a tiger-face pixel portrait on a solid green field: orange fur, black stripe details, white muzzle patches, pink inner ears, a red tongue, and a black nose. Working area under the dirt strip is a 5-cell active row over a 4-column source grid. Active row opens empty / empty / empty / empty / empty. Source row 1: green 50, red tongue stack, green 50, green 20. Source row 2: orange fur, green, black 20, yellow. Source row 3: pink ear accent, white muzzle, orange fur, dark stripe refill.
Goal
Green from green 50, green 50, green 20, and the source-row-2 green must clear the field around the face. Orange from the two orange fur stacks must clear the tiger head. Red from the red tongue stack clears the tongue. Yellow from the yellow stack covers small face accents. Black 20 and the dark stripe refill clears nose, eyes, and stripes. Pink and white clear inner ears and muzzle patches.
Opening
Nothing sits in the active row at the start, so the first legal rise is the leftmost green 50 in source row 1. That stack clears the green field cells that touch the bottom edge above the ant hole. A second green 50 from the same row follows so the field keeps flowing before any face color is allowed up the dirt path.
Danger Zone
The red tongue stack in source row 1 is the fast wrong tap. The tongue sits low on the face; send it before the green field has claimed the bottom edge and red ants park on remaining tongue cells while green is still trying to use the same path. The other jam is the first orange fur stack in source row 2 while both green 50 waves are still climbing — orange floods the hole and freezes the late white muzzle and black 20 detail stacks.
Mechanics
Multi-stack field-then-face routing on a single ant hole. Empty active row forces every opener to rise from the source grid. Compared with Level 103's two-color scooter, this tiger board loads six color families and needs the green field fully staged before orange, red, and black detail can share the path.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the first stack to raise on Colony Flow Level 104?

The leftmost green 50 in source row 1. The active row is empty, so that field stack has to rise first and claim the bottom edge before any orange fur or red tongue stack is allowed onto the dirt path.

  • When can I send the red tongue on Colony Flow Level 104?

Only after both green 50 field waves and the green 20 follow-up have started the field. The tongue sits low on the face; early red traffic stalls on remaining tongue cells and traps the later white muzzle and black 20 detail stacks behind it.
