Colony Flow! Level 114 Walkthrough

hard 5 colors

Colony Flow Level 114 is a blue fish on a green field. Start with the staged green 5 and green 16 opener pair, then feed the surfaced cyan 18 and navy 45 body route before the yellow tail and white belly try to share the same hole.

How to Solve Colony Flow! Level 114 — Full Solution

  1. Tap the staged green 5 stack first, then green 16. Those two short green waves claim the lower-left background and start the outer border closest to the ant hole. Do not promote white or yellow yet.
  2. As the first white pad opens, bring in cyan 18 and then navy 45. Cyan begins the fish head and back arc, while navy shapes the eye line, mouth curve, and underside contour. Leave one beat so the route does not stack.
  3. Feed green 27 and yellow 24 after that first cyan-navy pair. Green keeps the perimeter moving; yellow belongs to the tail and side fin accents and becomes safe only after the body route is already active.
  4. Use the next surfaced body sequence from the contact sheet conservatively: cyan 35, cyan 2, navy 41, green 43, and cyan 40 keep the body and border moving while white 10 stays delayed.
  5. Use the large white belly sequence once cyan and navy have opened the center of the portrait. White 10 and the later white family clear the lower belly and pale underside while another green or cyan refill clears the side pockets.
  6. Save the late green cleanup plus any small cyan / navy singles for the finish. The level clears when the remaining corner background cells, tail edge, and last body pixels clear together.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Sending the large white belly traffic while green 5, green 16, and the first cyan body wave are still crowding the single hole, which parks white ants across the lower middle and delays the navy outline.
  • Releasing yellow before the border and body are active, which uses a runway pad on side-fin traffic while the next green or cyan refill still needs that slot.
  • Filling every top-row white pad at once instead of leaving one free for a promoted green or cyan refill.

Quick Tips for Colony Flow! Level 114 (spoiler-free)

  • Spend green 5 and green 16 first. The board does not really open through the dolphin body; it opens through the green border and lower background.
  • Let at least one cyan body wave and one navy outline wave start before the large white belly traffic joins the lane.
  • Keep one top-row white pad free whenever possible so the next promoted green or cyan refill can rise without choking the runway.
Board notes 5 details
Layout
Portrait board with a blue fish pixel portrait facing left inside a white frame. The body is mostly cyan with a white belly, the eye / mouth curve and underside outline are dark navy, the tail and small fin accents are yellow, and the background is a bright green field with darker green border pockets. A single ant hole sits under the center of the board. The 5-cell active row starts partially staged with green 5 and green 16 in the two left slots and three empty white pads to the right. As the opener drains, the contact sheet clearly surfaces cyan 18, navy 45, green 27, yellow 24, cyan 35, then cyan 2 and navy 41 in the active row. The grid beneath also shows green 43, cyan 40, white 10, yellow 47, green 50, white 45, green 35, and dark-green 30 feeding the same route.
Goal
Green stacks must clear the outer background, side rails, and corner pockets. Cyan waves clear the dolphin body and head. Navy stacks shape the eye line, mouth curve, and underside outline. White clears the belly and lower splash-like body cells. Yellow is reserved for the tail and fin accents. The board only clears once the final green corner pockets and the last cyan / white body cells clear together.
Opening
Green 5 and green 16 are the real opener because they are already staged in the active row and the lower-left background sits closest to the hole. Run those two short green waves first, then use the first surfaced body sequence the frames make legible: cyan 18, navy 45, green 27, and yellow 24. Hold the larger white belly family until the green frame and first cyan arc are already moving.
Danger Zone
White is the greedy midgame tap. Send the large white belly waves while the opener greens and early cyan body wave are still using the single hole and white ants park across the lower middle, delaying the navy outline and late green border cleanup. Yellow is the second trap because the tail and side fin sit off to the edge; sent too early, yellow steals a runway pad that the next promoted green or cyan refill still needs.
Mechanics
Pre-staged double-green opener on a single-hole dolphin portrait with delayed accent routing. Unlike empty-runway Colony Flow boards, Level 114 begins with two short green stacks already loaded, then pivots into cyan body traffic before the yellow fin accents and white belly are allowed to share the same entrance lane.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What opens Colony Flow Level 114?

The staged green 5 and green 16 stacks. They are already sitting in the active row, and the board first needs the green background and border closest to the hole before the blue fish body colors are safe. After those two, the first clearly surfaced body pair is cyan 18 and navy 45.

  • Why does the white belly jam Colony Flow Level 114?

White belongs to the large center belly and underside region. If it is sent before green and cyan have opened the route, white ants sit in the lower middle and block the navy outline plus the late green corner cleanup behind them.
