How to Solve Colony Flow! Level 263 — Full Solution
- Tap white 30 and dark 35 from the opening front row, then wait until both ant trains are moving around the face.
- Tap yellow 40, yellow 42 and the next yellow 40 lane. Do not fill the fifth buffer slot until one long yellow train has visibly thinned.
- Continue with the exposed yellow 46 and yellow 40 stacks, preserving a returned bay for the dark and white outline routes.
- Work through the yellow staircase—yellow 19, yellow 35, yellow 27 and yellow 32—as each card appears.
- Reintroduce white and dark cards around the ears and outline, waiting for the yellow body ants to clear the lower hole.
- Take the red cheek 20 route only when the central lock/question block is exposed; let the red ants move before opening another long yellow card.
- Clear the late yellow 21/11 cards and the short white/dark tails around the mouth and ears.
- Wait for the last yellow, red, white and dark ants to finish their perimeter circuits, then confirm the upper 20 tile and every Pikachu pixel are gone before Victory.

Yellow, Dark purple, White, Red, Brown, Gray
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Starting yellow 42/40/40 while white 30 and dark 35 are still occupying routes fills all five buffers and buries the central lock block.
- Clicking a red cheek route because the yellow face looks mostly empty leaves the upper 20 tile or dark outline stranded behind the late wave.
Quick Tips for Colony Flow! Level 263 (spoiler-free)
- Use white 30 and dark 35 as the only opener; wait before the yellow 42 wave.
- Keep one buffer slot open while yellow 40/42 trains circle both sides of the face.
- Treat the red cheeks and central lock/question block as endgame routes, not shortcuts through the yellow body.
Board notes 5 details
- Layout
- White grid Pikachu face with yellow body, dark purple ears and outline, white background lanes and red cheeks. A red-brown 20 tile sits above the face, and a small yellow lock/question block is visible in the lower center. The opening stacks include white 30, dark 35, yellow 40, yellow 42, white 32, yellow 40 and lower yellow 46 above five empty buffer slots.
- Goal
- Remove the yellow face, dark outline, white lanes, red cheeks, central lock/question block and upper 20 tile until the Pikachu grid is completely blank.
- Opening
- Tap white 30, then dark 35. Let that pair begin its perimeter run before releasing yellow 40, yellow 42 and the paired yellow 40 lanes.
- Danger Zone
- The yellow 42/40/40 wave can occupy all five buffers. Releasing red cheek 20 routes or the central lock path before a yellow return hides the next body layer and leaves the face apparently complete but unsolved.
- Mechanics
- Yellow body waves clear the large silhouette first, while dark and white routes carry the ears and outline. Red cheeks and the yellow lock/question block are late markers; 40-plus yellow counters need visible drain time before another placement.

What opens Level 263?

After the yellow body wave has thinned and the central lock/question block is exposed. Keep one returned bay for the red and late outline tails.
