How to Solve Colony Flow! Level 417 — Full Solution
- Clear white 34 and white 36, allowing both holes to return before starting the long colored row.
- Route dark 35, orange 32 and pale yellow 25, then add cyan 40 only after a white lane is free.
- Use orange/yellow 29, 29 and 6 to keep the 110 gate moving instead of burying the short release behind cyan 45.
- Alternate dark 35/40 with brown 24 and yellow 32 while the cab and first wheel sections open.
- At the middle gate phase, clear white 40 and brown 26 before pairing another long dark or cyan card.
- Feed cyan 41/45 and yellow 30 after the right-edge ants return from the gate route.
- Use the short yellow 13, orange 3, cyan 4 and yellow 14 cards as only the sky strip and chassis fragments remain.
- Finish white 40 and brown 26, then remove the last yellow and brown pixels and wait for every ant to leave.
Colors in this level:
White, Dark, Orange, Yellow, Pale yellow, Cyan, Brown
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Starting cyan 45 beside dark 40 leaves no hole for the next 110-gate release.
- Skipping the short 29/29/6 sequence makes the later truck fragments appear blocked even though a clean release is available.
Quick Tips for Colony Flow! Level 417 (spoiler-free)
- Use the two early white stacks to open the first 110-gate phase.
- Keep one hole empty when cyan 40 and dark 40 are both visible.
- Let the short 13/3/4/14 endgame cards clear before reopening a long lane.
Board notes 5 details
- Layout
- A yellow-orange utility truck sits in a blue sky scene with clouds, pale sand and dark wheels. A central brown gate starts at 110; the queue shows white 34/36, dark 35, orange 32, pale yellow 25, cyan 40 and orange 30, followed by cyan 45, white 40 and brown 26.
- Goal
- Bring the 110 gate down, clear the truck and sky layers, then remove the final brown road pieces, white cloud fragments and small yellow/cyan pixels.
- Opening
- Clear white 34 and white 36 first, then use the returned white holes for dark 35, orange 32 and pale yellow 25 before taking the long cyan 40.
- Danger Zone
- Cyan 40/45, dark 40 and orange 40 can occupy all five holes while the 110 gate is still releasing; preserve one lane for the next key transition.
- Mechanics
- A long gate-and-key board with repeated orange/yellow refills that peels a truck scene into separate chassis, road, sky and tiny highlight fragments.
Frequently Asked Questions
How should I pace the 110 counter?
Use the short white and orange/yellow cards to bridge each gate phase, keeping one hole open for a key release instead of filling all five with 40-plus stacks.
What remains after the truck is mostly gone?
The brown chassis/road pieces, white cloud pixels and small yellow/cyan highlights still need to be routed before the clear.
