Block Out Level 10 Walkthrough

medium 7 colors

Block Out Level 10 replaces plain colors with giant number slabs. Clear the top white blocker, peel the yellow tiles down the right corridor, and only then let the large cyan blocks cascade into the center.

Board Notes

Layout
Large cyan rectangles labeled `22`, `21`, `19`, `13`, `12`, and `11` dominate the left half. A cramped right corridor holds white and black blockers plus stacked yellow number tiles, with white and cyan exits above and red, blue, and yellow finishes below.
Goal
Reduce the right corridor so the huge cyan slabs can finally shift and leave.
Opening
Send the top-right white blocker through the white gate first, then peel the upper yellow number tiles down the corridor.
Danger Zone
Trying to move the giant cyan slabs before the yellow corridor shrinks just locks the board more tightly.
Mechanics
Level 10 is a corridor-reduction puzzle. The big numbered slabs only become movable after the small right-column tiles have been peeled away.

Quick Tips for Block Out Level 10 (spoiler-free)

  • The top white exit is the first clean action.
  • The yellow number column is a wedge that must be reduced before the cyan slabs move.
  • If the board feels stuck, look for the color with the cleanest path and use that to regain space.

How to Solve Block Out Level 10 — Full Solution

  1. Send the top-right white blocker up through the white gate.
  2. Peel the first yellow number tile down the right corridor so the upper black blocker can move.
  3. Keep alternating the yellow tiles and black blockers until the cyan gate on the right starts opening enough for the large slabs to shift.
  4. Slide the upper cyan rectangles downward in stages, turning the `22/21/19` cluster into lower placements as the corridor clears.
  5. Once the right column is no longer jammed, pull the middle white block into the red lane and release the remaining yellow number tiles through the bottom-right finish.
  6. Use the new central space to separate the last cyan slabs from the red and blue finish bars.
  7. Finish with the short pink, blue, and red bars after the final cyan block has already left.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Treating the big cyan blocks as the opening move instead of reducing the right corridor first.
  • Leaving the yellow number tiles stacked on the right when the black blockers still need to rotate.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What should leave first in Block Out Level 10?

The top-right white blocker is the easiest first exit and it starts the whole corridor cleanup.

  • Why do the giant cyan slabs barely move at the start of Level 10?

Because the yellow and black corridor on the right is still holding them in place. The corridor has to shrink before the big slabs can cascade.
