Block Out level guide
Block Out Level 7 Walkthrough
Block Out Level 7 is a tall ladder built around one early red side exit. Send the upper-right red block away first, rotate the white ladders through the freed pocket, and let the black mass collapse only after both right-side reds are gone.
Board Notes
- Layout
- Two large red blocks occupy the top row and two more sit in the lower corners. Between them are alternating white ladders and black columns, with a red gate on the right wall, a bottom counter that starts at `4`, and a top cap at `10`.
- Goal
- Open the right wall with the upper-right red block so the white ladders and the remaining red block can rotate.
- Opening
- The first clean move is the upper-right red side exit. After that, the top white pillar and the lower-right red block use the new pocket.
- Danger Zone
- If the upper-right red block stays in place, the whole right half of the board remains sealed.
- Mechanics
- Level 7 turns a stacked ladder into a staircase by cashing one red piece early and only then collapsing the center.
Quick Tips for Block Out Level 7 (spoiler-free)
- Use the upper-right red exit first.
- The lower-right red block follows the same wall after the white ladders shift.
- If the board feels stuck, look for the color with the cleanest path and use that to regain space.
How to Solve Block Out Level 7 — Full Solution
- Slide the upper-right red block out through the red gate on the right wall.
- Lift the top white pillar and use the freed right pocket to rotate the lower-right red block upward.
- Keep shuffling the middle white ladders so the lower-right red block can also leave through the same red side gate.
- After both right-side reds are gone, use the extra height to pull the black roof down and let the center white pillars separate.
- Feed the remaining white ladders toward the bottom exit as the bottom counter shrinks.
- Save the upper-left red block for the late cleanup once the center has flattened.
- Finish by draining the last black column through the bottom lane.
Colors in this level:
Red, White, Black
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Ignoring the upper-right red side exit and trying to work from the bottom first.
- Forcing the upper-left red block too early before the black roof has dropped.
