How to Solve Catdom 2: No Timer Level 5 — Full Solution

  1. Select the blue horizontal box marked 3 in the lower-left lane.
  2. Slide blue right along the bottom corridor until it aligns with the three blue cats on the lower-right, then wait for it to clear.
  3. Select the yellow horizontal box marked 3 on the lower-right and slide it left across the lane above the bottom neck into the three yellow cats.
  4. Move the green vertical box marked 3 down through the center neck to collect the bottom green cat.
  5. Slide green back up through the top neck so its vertical footprint collects the two upper green cats.
  6. Move the red square marked 4 from the right pocket left across the open middle into the four red cats on the left.
  7. Slide the orange square marked 4 from the upper-left pocket across the cleared upper/middle lane to the four orange cats on the right.
  8. Wait for the empty board and the Perfect/Nice followed by Well Done reward sequence.

Colors in this level:

Orange, Green, Red, Yellow, Blue

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Moving yellow before blue has crossed leaves both horizontal boxes competing for the lower corridor and can block the intended leftward landing.
  • Treating green's bottom-neck collection as its finish leaves the two top-neck green cats stranded behind the central gate.

  • Green must complete both neck alignments before red or orange takes the center.
Board notes 5 details
Layout
The irregular framed grid has a top neck, bottom neck, and side pockets. Orange square 4 starts upper-left, green vertical box 3 occupies the center neck, red square 4 sits on the right, yellow horizontal box 3 is in the lower-right lane, and blue horizontal box 3 is in the lower-left lane. Green cats occupy the necks; orange cats are upper-right, red cats left-middle, yellow cats left of center, and blue cats lower-right.
Goal
Clear the lower horizontal boxes in blue-then-yellow order, shuttle green down to the bottom neck and back up to the top neck, then use the opened middle for red and finish with orange on the upper-right group.
Opening
Slide blue right along the bottom lane into the three blue cats. After blue clears, slide yellow left across the lane above the bottom neck into its three yellow cats. Green can then use the bottom and top necks without blocking a horizontal box.
Danger Zone
The green vertical footprint is the central gate between the two halves. Moving red or orange before blue and yellow have left the lower lanes, or leaving green at the bottom after its first collection, blocks the top/bottom neck route.
Mechanics
Level 5 introduces the notched cross-like boundary, top/bottom entry necks, five interleaved colors, and visible labels 4/3. Green requires a down-then-up route; the numbers are collection/capacity state labels, not moves.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the correct first pair of moves in Level 5?

Slide blue from the lower-left to the lower-right group first, then slide yellow back left into the three yellow cats. This clears the lower corridor before green uses the center neck.

  • When should red and orange move in Level 5?

Wait until blue, yellow, and both green neck alignments are complete. Red then crosses the open middle to the left group, and orange uses that cleared route for the final upper-right collection.
