How to Solve Catdom 2: No Timer Level 8 — Full Solution

  1. Slide the red three-cell L from lower-left into the first red cats and stop with its printed capacity at 1.
  2. Move the orange four-capacity square upward from lower-right into the right-side orange cats and let the visible count reduce.
  3. Pull the pink three-cell bar left into the vertical pink group, then align the yellow two-cell box with the two yellow cats above it.
  4. Return the red L through the cleared lower lane for its remaining red cat.
  5. Slide the green two-cell L into the left green pair and keep the upper feed unobstructed.
  6. Send the blue three-cell vertical box through the top alignment for the final blue group; the empty board and Well Done reward mark completion.

Red, Orange, Pink, Yellow, Green, Blue

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Finishing the red L immediately after its first animation makes the lower-left corner look solved while its count-1 collection is still pending.
  • Moving the pink bar across the yellow row before the upper-right yellow box is aligned traps the shared feed lane.

Board notes 5 details
Layout
The tall rectangular board has top and right feeds. It opens with a blue three-cell vertical box on the left, yellow two-cell vertical box upper-right, pink three-cell horizontal box across the upper middle, green two-cell L on the left-middle, red three-cell L lower-left, and orange four-capacity square lower-right. Pink cats form a vertical upper-left group; yellow, orange, green, red, and the blue current cat are arranged around the corresponding feeds and lanes.
Goal
Open the lower corners without sealing the upper feeds. Use the red L's first collection to create space, clear orange and pink/yellow, then return for the remaining red and green states before the blue vertical box takes the final top-feed alignment.
Opening
Slide the red L from lower-left into the first red cats and leave its capacity at 1. Move the orange square upward into the right orange cats, pull the pink bar left into the pink column, and align yellow with its upper-right pair.
Danger Zone
The red L and orange square compete for the lower corners, and the pink bar shares the row below yellow. Moving yellow or pink across too early can hide the other route; the top feed must remain open for the final blue vertical box.
Mechanics
Six-box interleaving, L-footprint sliding, a four-capacity orange square, partial capacity depletion, top/right feed routing, and a red L return pass. The real Level 8 board begins after the Level 7 reward and Select Cat interstitial around 80s.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why does the red box stop at 1 in Level 8?

The first red slide collects only part of the separated red group. Leave the L at capacity 1 and return it after the orange and yellow routes have opened.

  • Where does the last Catdom 2 Level 8 box go?

The blue three-cell vertical box uses the open upper/top feed for the final blue collection after the red, orange, pink, yellow, and green lanes have cleared.
