How to Solve Colony Flow! Level 399 — Full Solution

  1. Start purple 13 and purple 5, then wait for both border streams to return.
  2. Route green 26 and dark 30, followed by white 25 and brown 20; delay orange 49 until a hole is returning.
  3. Add dark 19, purple 25 and red 38 while both gates descend; keep the fifth hole empty near single digits.
  4. When both gates open, clear green 1, purple 25 and dark 16 before starting white 50 or green 50.
  5. Route green 48, red 23, white 48, purple 41 and orange 17 through the coat and face.
  6. Alternate green 44, red 11/4, purple 35/12 and yellow 21 as the legs separate.
  7. Remove the face and bow with green 41, dark 18, orange 13, white 38 and purple 31; keep dark 50 separate from purple 50.
  8. Finish the hat and frame with green 33, purple 35/30, dark 49 and purple 20, then wait for the last border ants.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Starting orange 49 before a short opener returns consumes the buffer required by the twin-gate transition.
  • Opening dark 50 and purple 50 together delays short face and bow cards late in the route.

Board notes 5 details
Layout
A white-faced leprechaun in a green hat, red bow, purple coat and yellow shoes stands inside a purple frame. Two brown gates each read 60. Five holes begin with purple 13 and purple 5 above green 26, dark 30, orange 49, brown 20, white 25, dark 19, purple 25 and red 38.
Goal
Open both 60 gates, clear the purple frame and coat, then remove the green hat, white face, orange hair, red bow, yellow shoes and dark outline.
Opening
Start purple 13 and purple 5, wait for both short routes, then route green 26, dark 30 and white 25 before the long orange 49.
Danger Zone
Orange 49, red 38 and deeper green/dark 50 cards can span the synchronized gate release and block newly exposed coat details.
Mechanics
Two equal gates open together, changing a compact gated portrait into separate hat, face, coat and shoe fragments.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why must one hole be free near zero?

Both 60 gates open together and expose several lower-coat colors that need immediate routing space.

  • What follows the gate release?

Clear green 1, purple 25 and dark 16 first, then work the longer face, coat and hat cards.
