Sand Blocks: Drop Puzzle Level 379 Walkthrough

expert 10 colors

Level 379 starts with a purple shutter marked 6 covering the lower board. Six quick clears under the upper-left reservoir open it at about 1:25. After that, two reservoirs change colour layer by layer and several receivers carry a +5 stopwatch that pushes the timer back up when they clear.

How to Solve Sand Blocks Level 379 — Full Solution

  1. At about 1:35 on the timer, move a small purple receiver under the upper-left box. It starts filling at 1:34 and the shutter drops 6 to 5; a second purple reads 68% at 1:32.
  2. Slide yellow receivers under the yellow pour, including the small yellow from the top dispenser. The shutter reads 4 at about 1:31, 3 at 1:30 and 2 at 1:29 as a yellow hits 100%.
  3. The pipe turns white. The dispenser's white square fills under the box and clears at about 1:27, taking the shutter to 1 while a red receiver with a +5 stopwatch comes out of the dispenser. The shutter lifts at 1:26 and the lower chamber is open at 1:25.
  4. Drop the red stopwatch receiver next to the red sand under the right box (32% at about 1:24). Magenta squares fill from the pink layer there, 22% to 100% at 1:20-1:19.
  5. Back on the left, a white vertical clears at about 1:16 as the pipe turns blue. A blue vertical climbs 14%, 40%, 60% and reaches 100% at 1:12, and another white clears at 1:10.
  6. Rearrange the brown, orange and cyan pieces so the blue stopwatch L can reach the left box. It fills there at about 0:51 and the +5 pushes the timer back to 0:54. The side dispenser drops 4 to 3 and releases a magenta stopwatch receiver, and a blue vertical reaches 83% at 0:46 as the left box shows green under brown.
  7. Under the right box, a magenta L reads 48% at about 0:33. Then the red stopwatch receiver goes back to the red sand: 45% at 0:31, 70% at 0:30. The right pipe now runs cyan and orange.
  8. Finish the red receiver under the right box (81% at about 0:21); it clears with a +5 that puts the timer back at 0:25. A cyan bar fills there next, and a cyan L follows.
  9. Clear the magenta stopwatch receiver under the right box for another +5 while a brown vertical fills beside the left box. The side dispenser empties with its last piece, a green stopwatch receiver.
  10. Fill the orange stopwatch Z from the orange layer on the right (100% just before its +5) and then an orange vertical (78% then 93%). The green stopwatch receiver fills under the left box (100% at about 0:25) for the last +5.
  11. The brown L goes under the left box for the final brown layer: 73% with the timer at 0:30 and 100% at 0:29. The board is empty at about 0:28.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Using the opening pours on anything other than the purple, yellow and white receivers under the left box, which keeps the shutter shut.
  • Parking the red stopwatch receiver at the top, where no red can reach it; it waited at 41% for most of the level.
  • Blocking the side dispenser at c7, which holds back the magenta and green stopwatch receivers.

Quick Tips for Sand Blocks Level 379 (quick clues)

  • Feed the upper-left box nonstop at the start; each clear lowers the shutter by one.
  • Take the red stopwatch receiver straight to the red sand under the right pipe; parking it at the top wastes its bonus until the end.
  • Watch the pipe colours: the left runs yellow, white, blue, green, brown, and the right runs pink/red, cyan, orange.
Board notes 5 details
Layout
Seven columns. The upper-left box (c1-c2 r1-r2) starts with purple sand and a yellow pipe pouring in on top. The pipe later runs white, blue, green and brown. An orange dispenser with a red 4 badge sits at c3-c4 r1-r2. The upper-right box (c5-c6 r3-r4) holds red sand under a pink pipe that later runs cyan and orange. Small purple, magenta and yellow receivers and a cyan bar fill r3-r4, and a shutter marked 6 covers r5-r9.
Goal
Clear six receivers to lift the shutter, then keep each box fed with its matching colour while the lower chamber empties. That chamber holds brown and orange bars and Ls, cyan bars and Ls, blue pieces, whites, a magenta L and a second dispenser at c7 marked 4. The board is empty with the timer at about 0:28 after the stopwatch bonuses.
Opening
The purple layer fills a small purple under the left box (the shutter drops to 5 at about 1:34), then yellow receivers take the yellow pour (shutter 4 at 1:31, 3 at 1:30, 2 at 1:29). The top dispenser pushes out small yellow and white receivers, and a white clear at about 1:27 brings the shutter to 1 as a red stopwatch receiver comes out.
Danger Zone
The only thing that lifts the shutter is clears under the upper-left box. Holding the purple, yellow and white receivers away from it wastes the opening pours. Later, the red stopwatch receiver sat at 41% from about 1:22 to 0:31 because red only lands under the right box.
Mechanics
Clear-driven shutter countdown, two layered reservoirs, a top dispenser (4) and a side dispenser (4) that eject receivers, and +5 stopwatch receivers (red, blue L, magenta, orange Z, green) that add five seconds when they clear.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What opens the big shutter?

Clears. The shutter starts at 6 and loses one each time a receiver reaches 100%; after the white clear at about 1:27 it is at 1, and it lifts at 1:26.

  • What are the stopwatch icons on some receivers?

Time bonuses. When a stopwatch receiver clears, five seconds are added to the timer; the red, blue L, magenta, orange Z and green ones all pay out.

  • What are the orange boxes with 4 badges?

Dispensers. The top one hands out small yellow, white and the red stopwatch receivers before the shutter opens; the side one at c7 releases the magenta, cyan and green receivers later.
