Sand Blocks level guide
Sand Blocks: Drop Puzzle Level 381 Walkthrough
Level 381 opens with the upper panel behind a shutter marked 1 and a lower panel that is empty apart from a red hopper and a dispenser holding 11 pieces directly under it. Empty the dispenser, clear the red bar to lift the shutter, then cash five +5 clock receivers from the side pipe. After that one hopper at the top-left runs through eight colours while two gold pockets drop a second wave of pieces.

How to Solve Sand Blocks Level 381 — Full Solution
- At about 1:30 on the timer, start pulling pieces out of the dispenser (badge 11). Stack the clock receivers down c1-c2 and park the cyan and magenta bars in c3-c4.
- Keep going until the badge reads 1 at about 1:21. The last piece out is a brown clock receiver; the box disappears at 1:20.
- Drop the red bar into c5-c6 r3 under the red hopper. It reads 94% at about 1:19 and its clear lifts the shutter at 1:18.
- The side pipe now pours pink and then cyan into the empty hopper. Slide the magenta bars under it first, then the cyan bars (1:17-1:13).
- When the pipe turns brown at about 1:12, feed the brown clock receivers, then the orange ones on the orange pour. Each clear adds five seconds and the timer reads 1:33 once all five are done; the lower panel is empty.
- Up top, the yellow bar under the hopper takes the yellow. Blue pours in next: fill the small blue squares next to the hopper at c3 r2 (one clears at about 1:29).
- The pipe turns green around 1:24. Clear a small green, then the green L under the hopper, which is filling at 1:04.
- Finish the blue with the blue vertical (48% at about 1:02, full by 0:58) and the green with the two green verticals, the last one full at 0:46.
- White comes next: the white L is filling at 0:47, the white vertical is full at 0:45 and the white bar at 0:43. The gold pockets are now empty.
- At about 0:40 the pockets drop a new wave: a magenta square, a magenta L, a cyan cross, a cyan L, a brown L and a brown square. Fill the magenta square from the pink layer (64% at 0:39) and the cyan cross next (56% at 0:37).
- Work the remaining cyan L, then the brown L (61% at 0:23, 76% at 0:21), and bring the magenta L back to the hopper for the last pink (full at about 0:15).
- The pipe ends on purple. Fill the purple bar beside the hopper (72% at 0:18), then the small purple squares and the last purple bar, which reaches 100% at about 0:12 to empty the board.
Colors in this level:
Red, Magenta, Cyan, Brown, Orange, Yellow, Blue, Green, White, Purple
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Leaving dispensed pieces in c5-c6; the red bar needs that spot right under the hopper.
- Letting the brown or orange pour run past with no clock receiver under it, which throws away five seconds each.
- Leaving the hopper's side open with no matching receiver when the pipe switches colour; the layers are thin and the whole level runs on one outlet.
- Spending the purples early; purple is the last colour in the upper pipe.
Quick Tips for Sand Blocks Level 381 (quick clues)
- Empty the dispenser first; it is the only thing between the red hopper and the red bar.
- Keep the brown and orange clock receivers for the side pipe's brown and orange turn. The five of them lifted the timer from about 1:12 back above 1:30.
- In the upper panel, set the next colour's receiver beside or under the hopper before the pipe switches; each colour layer is short.
Board notes 5 details
- Layout
- Two six-column panels. Lower panel (five rows): a red hopper at c5-c6 r1-r2 fed by a side pipe at the right edge, and an orange dispenser with a red 11 badge at c5-c6 r3-r4, right under it. Upper panel (five rows, covered by a shutter marked 1): a hopper at c1-c2 r1-r2 holding yellow under a pipe, a yellow bar below it, purple bars and small squares, blue and white smalls, a white bar, a white L, a green L, and blue, white and green verticals. Gold frames outline c3-c6.
- Goal
- Get the red bar under the red hopper for the one clear that lifts the shutter. Then finish the lower panel with the side pipe's pink, cyan, brown and orange, and work the upper hopper as it cycles yellow, blue, green, white, pink, cyan, brown and purple. The board clears at about 0:12.
- Opening
- Drag pieces out of the dispenser as fast as they appear: five clock receivers stack on the left (brown, orange, brown, orange, plus a last brown), and cyan, magenta and red bars fill the middle. The badge reads 1 at about 1:21 and the box is gone at 1:20, which lets the red bar sit at c5-c6 r3.
- Danger Zone
- Nothing can catch red while the dispenser sits under the hopper, and the shutter needs that one red clear. Park the dispensed pieces out of c5-c6 so the red bar can drop straight in; it read 94% at about 1:19.
- Mechanics
- Dispenser whose badge counts pieces left, a shutter lifted by one clear, a side pipe that switches red, pink, cyan, brown and orange, five clock receivers that each add five seconds, a single top-left hopper whose pipe cycles eight colours, and gold-framed pockets that empty and then drop a magenta, cyan and brown wave at about 0:40.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the box with the 11 badge?
A dispenser. It holds eleven pieces (five clock receivers, three cyan bars, two magenta bars and the red bar), and the badge drops each time one comes out. It sits right under the red hopper until it is empty.
What lifts the shutter over the top panel?
A single clear. The red bar filling under the red hopper at about 1:19 is enough.
What do the alarm-clock pieces do?
They are +5 time bonuses. The five brown and orange ones fill from the side pipe's brown and orange layers and push the timer back from about 1:12 to 1:33.
Where do the magenta, cyan and brown pieces at the end come from?
The gold-framed pockets. Once they are empty, they drop a second wave at about 0:40.
