Sand Blocks: Drop Puzzle Level 419 Walkthrough

expert 10 colors

Level 419 starts with blue and cyan upper shutters at 4, a yellow lower shutter at 5, and a brown lower shutter at 4. Clear the brown and cyan side pockets first, preserve the yellow lane, then route the yellow-fed green, red, purple, black and orange wave.

How to Solve Sand Blocks Level 419 — Full Solution

  1. Start with the small brown receivers beside the left wall feed and the cyan receivers beside the right wall feed. Let the lower-right brown count settle from 4 to 2 before staging a long piece.
  2. Continue the cyan pocket below the upper-right footprint. The visible upper count should move from 4 to 3 and then 2; keep the right edge open while it changes.
  3. Leave the lower-left yellow shutter at 5 during the opening. Do not use a yellow or brown bar as a cross-board plug between the left and right landing lanes.
  4. When the yellow feed opens the middle, clear the small blue and green receivers around the upper centre before committing the larger green L, red bar and black T.
  5. Route the black bar/T through the central pocket and keep the red horizontal on the upper-left side of the middle lane. This preserves the right cyan path for the next release.
  6. During the 1:32-1:00 crowding, use the middle cells for green L/bar pieces and the outer cells for purple and orange pieces. Wait after each receiver reaches full before pulling the next footprint.
  7. Once the upper counts have dropped and the lower-right lane is open, finish the separated green, purple and orange receivers from top to bottom. Keep the lower-left yellow 5 lane unobstructed.
  8. Around 0:32, treat the magenta feed as a new phase. Consolidate the remaining red and green pieces near their visible footprints instead of dragging them across the almost-empty board.
  9. When the feed turns orange, leave the orange square/vertical receivers in their exposed right-side and centre footprints. Do not swipe again while a small visible percentage remains.
  10. Finish with the lower green L and the last short green bar. The board clears after the final settling pause; the last receiver is still visibly active when the grid first appears empty.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Using a yellow or brown piece as a cross-board plug while the lower yellow shutter still reads 5.
  • Parking a long green L or black bar across the centre during the 1:32-1:00 release wave.
  • Swiping again when the final magenta or orange receiver looks empty but still has a small active percentage.

Quick Tips for Sand Blocks Level 419 (quick clues)

  • Work the brown and cyan side pockets first and let their visible counts settle.
  • Keep the lower-left yellow shutter lane and the right cyan pipe open through the central wave.
  • Pause on the final magenta and orange receivers instead of swiping again when a small percentage remains.
Board notes 5 details
Layout
An approximately eight-column portrait grid with a yellow feed above, a brown feed from the left wall and a cyan feed from the right wall. The upper blue and cyan footprints both start at 4. A lower-left yellow shutter starts at 5 and a lower-right brown shutter starts at 4; small yellow, brown, blue and cyan receivers fill the pockets below them.
Goal
Use the side receivers to reduce the brown and cyan gates without sealing the lower yellow lane. After the yellow feed releases the central group, route the green, red, purple, black and orange receivers through the middle and keep the right pipe open for the final cleanup.
Opening
At 2:15, clear the small brown and cyan receivers nearest their side feeds. The lower-right brown count falls from 4 to 2 by about 2:12, and the upper-right cyan count falls from 4 to 3 and then 2 while the lower-left yellow shutter remains at 5.
Danger Zone
From about 1:32-1:00 the yellow feed releases a crowded blue, black, red, green, purple and orange wave. A long green L or black bar across the centre blocks the yellow feed and right cyan lane. During 0:32-0:17, wait for the small magenta and orange receivers to finish even when the board looks empty.
Mechanics
Several independent numbered shutters open as receivers clear. The feed changes from yellow to magenta and orange, and the side wall pipes remain active while the central wave drains.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Which side should be cleared first in Level 419?

Work the brown left-side and cyan right-side pockets first. The brown lower count falls from 4 to 2 early, and the upper cyan count then steps from 4 toward 2.

  • What should remain open during the middle wave?

Keep the lower-left yellow shutter lane and the right cyan pipe open. The central cells are needed for the green, red, purple and black release group.

  • Why does the ending need a pause?

The magenta and orange receivers can retain a small visible percentage after the board looks clear. Wait for the last grains before the final green pieces.
