Sand Blocks level guide
Sand Blocks: Drop Puzzle Level 444 Walkthrough
Level 444 begins with green and blue/orange hoppers above a large blue shutter marked 1 and an ice-blue counter starting at 16. Clear the opening lanes, keep the counter row open through the white/yellow and purple/green phases, and finish the sparse cyan, blue and purple endgame.

How to Solve Sand Blocks Level 444 — Full Solution
- Clear the short green and blue receivers under the two opening hoppers. Wait for each 100% clear before using the cells above the blue shutter.
- Route the upper brown receiver and the small red pieces around the centre, keeping the long green receiver against a side wall rather than across the counter.
- Move the tall cyan receiver into the right-side lane and clear it after the first blue stream settles.
- Continue with the green and brown pieces that surround the ice-blue 16 counter. Leave the counter row open so its value can fall after each receiver clear.
- When the white and yellow hoppers appear, place the white receiver below the left feed and the yellow receiver below the right feed. Do not cover the central yellow-framed cells with a long cyan piece.
- Clear the right-side red and brown receivers, then the remaining white and cyan pieces. The central counter should visibly descend through the low teens.
- During the purple/green/brown phase, work the upper-left purple and right green lanes first, keeping the lower counted pockets accessible.
- Move the long cyan receiver down the outer right lane and clear the small purple and brown pieces around the centre. Reuse the opened cells only after the counter has settled.
- In the red/blue endgame, clear the red receiver on the left, then the remaining blue and cyan receivers on the right and lower edge.
- Finish the last purple block and the small cyan pieces. The board empties near the end of the countdown and enters the Level 444 completion transition.
Colors in this level:
Green, Blue, Orange, Brown, Cyan, Red, White, Yellow, Purple
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Parking a long cyan or green receiver across the centre while the 16 counter and bottom pockets are still active.
- Covering the yellow-framed central cells during the white/yellow phase.
- Reusing the centre before the counter has settled after a receiver clear, which strands the next brown or red piece.
Quick Tips for Sand Blocks Level 444 (quick clues)
- Clear the short green and blue opener pieces before using the cells above the blue shutter.
- Keep the ice-blue counter row open while its visible value falls.
- Use outer lanes for long cyan and green pieces until the current feed has cleared.
Board notes 5 details
- Layout
- About seven columns wide. Green sand enters from the left hopper while blue and orange enter from the right. A large blue counted shutter marked 1 fills the lower third. Brown, cyan, red, green, white, and blue receivers surround an ice-blue counter marked 16, with smaller counted pockets along the bottom edge.
- Goal
- Open the initial blue shutter, reduce the central ice-blue counter while the early receivers clear, then follow the white/yellow, purple/green/brown, and red/blue feed changes. Finish from the outside edges once only cyan, blue, purple, and green pieces remain.
- Opening
- Clear the short green and blue receivers beneath the two hoppers, then route the brown pieces around the upper centre. Move the tall cyan receiver into the right lane and keep the long green and red pieces away from the central counter row.
- Danger Zone
- A long cyan or green receiver across the centre blocks both hoppers and leaves the brown and red pieces trapped against the right wall. The same row must remain open when the feed changes to purple and green.
- Mechanics
- The level combines an initial blue counted shutter, an ice-blue counter that falls from 16 through the low teens, small counted bottom pockets and several hopper colour changes. There are no keys or padlocks.
Frequently Asked Questions
What should be opened first?
Clear the short green and blue receivers under the opening hoppers, then leave the central row open so the initial blue shutter and the 16 counter can progress.
Why does the centre matter?
The ice-blue counter and the later hopper phases reuse the same central landing row. Long receivers parked there can block both the current feed and the next colour phase.
How should the ending be handled?
Once the board is sparse, clear the red left lane, then the blue and cyan right lanes, and finish the isolated purple piece last.
