Sand Blocks: Drop Puzzle Level 446 Walkthrough

expert 10 colors

Level 446 begins with a left counted shutter at 5, a blue centre shutter at 3, and a smaller 2 counter crowding a narrow receiver stack. Open those gates with the short side pieces first, then preserve the lower crossings for the late cyan, pink and white receivers.

How to Solve Sand Blocks Level 446 — Full Solution

  1. Begin with the short right-pocket receivers under the green hopper. Clear the small green, white, yellow and orange pieces one at a time, waiting for each 100% clear before reusing its row.
  2. Work the small pieces beside the left shutter while keeping the large blue centre shutter open. The visible opening counters should fall from 5/3 toward 4/1; do not place a long L or T across the middle.
  3. When the centre shutter releases, let the new lower room settle. Place the green L in the middle-left lane and keep the white L and cyan T in separate lower lanes.
  4. Route the red and orange receivers from the side feeds first. Clear each short receiver before moving the next long piece through the centre so the narrow crossings remain available.
  5. During the cyan phase around 1:10, place the cyan receiver below the central outlet and leave the white L to the right of it. Do not let the white footprint cover the cyan landing cells.
  6. When the feed turns pink near 0:58, clear the pink receiver in the right lane and then the remaining orange and green pieces. Keep the centre open for the cyan receiver as its visible percentage rises.
  7. Finish the late cyan collection, then use the remaining white L, white vertical and small white receiver in the right and lower lanes. Let the final grains settle before the completion transition.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Covering the blue centre shutter with a long L or T before the 5/3 opening counters have released.
  • Using the centre as permanent parking for the green or white long pieces while the lower room is still opening.
  • Placing the white L beside the cyan outlet before the cyan receiver has a clear landing row.

Quick Tips for Sand Blocks Level 446 (quick clues)

  • Clear the short right-stack pieces before moving a long receiver through the centre.
  • Keep the blue shutter mouth open until the visible counters have fallen to their release state.
  • Separate the cyan receiver from the white L during the late cyan and pink phases.
Board notes 5 details
Layout
A narrow portrait grid of roughly seven columns. The opening has a left vertical shutter marked 5, a large blue centre shutter marked 3, and a smaller left counter marked 2. Green, yellow and orange hoppers feed a packed right stack of short red, white, yellow, cyan, purple and green receivers. After the shutters clear, the lower room exposes long green and white L pieces, a cyan T, a red L, side receivers and a late central feed.
Goal
Clear the compact right stack and the small pieces beside the left shutter until the 5/3 opening counters release the lower room. Then route the long green, white and cyan footprints without closing the central crossing, finishing with the late pink and white receivers.
Opening
Use the short green, white, yellow and orange receivers in the right stack first, then the small pieces beside the left shutter. The visible counters move from 5/3 toward 4/1 while the centre remains available for the eventual lower-room pieces.
Danger Zone
Do not park a long L or T across the blue centre shutter while the opening counters are active. In the late cyan phase, a white L beside the central outlet can cover the cyan landing cells and strand the remaining cyan receiver.
Mechanics
Two visible opening counters release separate shutters. The expanded board then reuses the same lanes through green/orange, cyan, pink and white feeds. Long receivers become temporary walls until they reach 100% and disappear; there is no key or padlock chain.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What should be cleared first in Level 446?

Clear the short receivers in the right stack and beside the left shutter. Those clears lower the visible opening counters and make the lower room available.

  • Why should long pieces stay out of the centre early?

The blue centre shutter and the yellow feed share the same narrow crossing. A long footprint there blocks the sand route needed to reduce the opening counters.

  • How should the final cyan phase be handled?

Keep the cyan receiver below its outlet and leave the white L to the side. Clear the pink and short side pieces before reusing the cyan landing cells.
