Meowdoku Level 5 Walkthrough
Meowdoku Level 5 starts with a wall of X marks and a fixed top-right cat, so it plays more like a lane puzzle than a blank grid. Once the row-two center anchor, the pink left-edge square, the row-five green square, and the purple bottom square are placed, the last cat is forced at the row-four and column-four intersection.
Board Notes
- Layout
- The board grows to 6x6 and begins with many squares already crossed out. A dark-green region wraps the top edge and much of the right side, a lighter green region fills most of the left and center, a pink single square sits on row three, column one, a yellow block covers the middle-lower area, and a purple single square appears on row six, column five. One cat is already fixed in the top-right corner.
- Goal
- This board is really about exhausting the anchored rows before guessing through the middle. The fixed top-right cat, the row-two center single, the left pink square, the row-five green square, and the bottom purple square remove enough lines that the final center-right square becomes the only remaining row-column intersection.
- Opening
- Leave the top-right cat in place and use its row and column to respect the early X marks. Then place a cat on row two, column three, follow with the pink square on row three, column one, and keep the yellow middle cluster untouched until the row-five green and row-six purple anchors are settled.
- Danger Zone
- The lower yellow cluster is the main trap. Several of those squares still look open halfway through the video, but they are only holding space until the missing row and missing column expose the true final placement on row four, column four.
- Mechanics
- Level 5 is the first board where pre-crossed tiles do most of the pruning before you make a move. The finish comes from spotting the last unused row and column after the anchor colors are locked.
Quick Tips for Meowdoku Level 5 (spoiler-free)
- On heavily crossed boards, track the one missing row and the one missing column after each confirmed cat instead of chasing the biggest color patch.
- With 5 colors in play, clear the pair with the fewest blockers first so the board opens up instead of tightening.
- If the board feels stuck, look for the color with the cleanest path and use that to regain space.
